If I could give a 0 I would. Yesterday I tried to get my lashes done by Julie but she was busy, made an appointment for today at 6:30 was still there at 7 still hadn’t been touched… I don’t see the use of making appointments if they’re not going to honor them.. Just wasted my time and gas, she literally started on someone nails during my appointment time… I’m very upset about this… Just know it doesn’t make a difference if you do an appointment or not they literally do what they want to do… looking for someone new

Pretty decent nail shop good pricing!! only thing is the cleaning when yall done doing a nail clean the around the finger nobody wants extra glue or extra gel product on or ain’t their nails or fingertips

This location is filthy! The nail files are reused over and over and it's cash only! They don't use plastic in the pedicure bowls and I didn't see them sanitizing when the last person got up! This was a first and last visit for me LISA did my nails and feet

I have been going by to Lucy for over 30years I moved from Missouri city in 2003 and I still take the drive to go to Lucy every other weekend,She’s my person. But the other ladies and gentlemen there are great also.

I came to the nail shop . The guy booked for me do lash ,her name Julie . But, she was rushing and did a bad job . She had book many people for the same time and she got mess up my lash . Don't be back anymore .

this has to be the most unsanitary nastiness nail shop i ever step foot in was taken back to the lash room was so nasty towel you lay on dirty trash all over the floor i mean floors look like they have not been mopped in years
