I hate to leave a bad review for a business, but after multiple instances of bad experience I feel that the management and customer based needs to be notified. Main concern that I have noticed, it seems other customers have had similar experiences, is the customer service. In my case, my interaction wss with the printing department. The staff was not friendly and almost seemed irritated by the simple questions that I asked. In the middle of my conversation, the staff member just put me on hold without even saying anything. Given that there have been multiple instances, it seems like an organization wide culture issue. Would definitely not go there again.

It takes forever for business services, it took 24hs to bind a document and about 15min in line just for pick up.

Just another Office Depot. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, but they always have what I need here.
Same as most other office depots I’ve been to.

I love the Printing department of the store. I have always received excellent service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this office depot.

They have three people working in the store, one manager that seems to stay hidden, one salesperson walking the floor avoiding customers and one lady working her butt off in the print department.

Special shout out to Madison and Nan in business services. My bestfriend lost her grandfather and she needed a poster printed. The grace and patience that showed was so warm and professional. Thank you so much ladies! You helped her more than you know. The customer service was phenomenal. Thanks for showing her grace in a very difficult time

Print shop was kinda busy at 1:30 pm but the Store Mgr on duty noticed and came to help! She assisted and expedited my transaction and all ended well...

I went to this location to ship a couple of parcels June 25th. Samantha assisted me and printed labels for me from my phone. She is very cordial and a great help. They were busy at that time of morning, and she was very efficient. Thanks Samantha.

This is the place to go! I went to the one in Sugarland next to the salon and they were awful! But this location did my printing service for me no problem!!!

I would have given a 2 star but I was supposed to have had an interview with the store manager for a 2nd occurance, when I came in, I asked for them and an employee had said they didn't come in due to the bad weather, although I came in at 3pm and it was a hot sunny day and told me to leave my contact info and they'll pass it along that I had came by. So it was a wasted trip for me and the store manager could of contacted me professionally. And never heard anything back for a couple of days until today I recieved an email stating they dismissed my candidacy and moved along. So I never got a fair chance to have an interview. Managment can work being more fair and communicative on a professional level, especially if someone is looking for work.
