I brought my cat here for vaccination. The check-in staff tried to sell me other services during the vaccination confirmation process. I did not accept and the staff immediately got a gloomy face and was very dissatisfied. I don't want to come again next time and I don't recommend you to come before you have done your research, because you will get a gloomy face if you refuse the sales pitch.

The customer service I experienced here today was less than stellar. I kept calling to book a grooming appointment. Instead of helping me, I was told that I could book online, placed on hold and left there several times. I was not in a position to be able to make an online appointment and I explained that. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Cause if they treated me with such disregard, I absolutely don’t trust them with my baby.

My dog Rocky was groomed today and this is totally unacceptable. The groomer stated she was by herself and had a hard time grooming Rocky. Which is understandable. If that’s the case reschedule the appointment for a day when you have help. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable.
