I am very disappointed. I scheduled a 730 am. grooming appointment. I get there 725 no one is there, but I see that they don't open till 8 am. I called the store, had no answer, then called the 800 number and was told by the customer service rep that you are allowed to schedule before the store open so you can get the first slot? Make that make sense. You are allowed to schedule an appointment before the store is open for service but have to wait. WOW!!!Why not let the first appointment be for 8 am. Unacceptable!!! Unfortunately, I couldn't wait because I had another appointment to be at for 8 am. What a total inconvenience!!!

I took my dog to get his first haircut this past Friday. While it was satisfied with the customer service, and the way they clipped his nails and trimmed his face, I was not satisfied with the way they cut his hair. They asked me how short i wanted it and didn’t cut it as near at all. It was my whole reason for taking him the phone number for the groomers is disconnected so i will have to go up there to try to resolve the issue. I also had a problem with the way they charge I they add on extra fees some without telling you and some they inform you on. I paid $71 and it doesn’t even look like his hair on his back was cut at all.

Went to Petco to get dog food (Royal Canin) the breed was out of stock. I spoke with Justin about the alternative I chose and he educated me on it being better for my dog and was cost efficient.

Absolutely unbelievable how horrendous the experience I just dealt with! I will never go back to that location due to the pathetic customer service and the manager arguing with me about the price online. I go in to buy Priscilla fish, says online 2.99 per fish to $4.99 and for example, there's only one Pristilla green type of fish listed and it's a sale online, well turns out they would not match the price said it's a different type of Priscilla. Such a bad experience after 30 minutes of arguing with the cashier and manager about how I just bought the exact same fish at the Pearland location for more than half the price and there literally only being no other green Priscilla fish listed online they still did not price match it.Overall it's experiences like this that make you never want to go to a business like that again. I'll take my money elsewhere and it may not mean much but these horrible customer experiences will keep happening at that location and eventually corporate will shut it down or ppl will stop going there and it will close down on its own. I understand these are ppl who are usually working temp jobs like kids during summer but the manager has no excuse and should be fired! I spend over a thousand dollars annually on my animals and I will burn that money before it is ever spent supporting a company that has the lowest of low customer service, the GM needs to contact me & I will be calling corporate because this is just unacceptable

Groomer was rude and unprofessional. Complained to me about having to do her job and told me my dog was difficult. misquoted me incorrect times for pickup then became frustrated when i arrived for pickup telling me not to come back until i was called.
