Went down to PetSmart again and was assisted by Chloe. She was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, answering all my questions with ease and clarity and we ended up buying a couple more fish!

Guess you must get a haircut now. The workers are only making 30% commission on bathing dogs so they rather you get a haircut to so they can get 50% commission. They use to get 50% for bathing plus i tip so now I have to spend more money

Don’t bother buying wax worms here. Every single time I get them, 90% of the worms are dead. And not just died today dead. No these are crispy hard black worms that have been dead for at least a week. Absolutely a waste of money.

I would give negative review if I could. Horrible customer service. They messed up my appointment , said they would only bathe and brush when I took appointment for hair cut and wanted me to come back for grooming another day. I did not see anyone taking ownership for the mistake. I am stunned by the lack of care and empathy by the groomers for the inconvenience this caused me. Cannot trust them with grooming. Never coming back again for grooming or shopping at this location.

The manager on duty is a nightmare to talk to. I don’t remember his name but he was tall and lanky with ginger hair and blue eyes and a beard. The most ridiculously rude individual I’ve ever met in all my years. Barely had the decency to answer simple questions. This establishment needs to work on hiring managers that can actually work in customer service instead of seemingly getting people from the side of the road. Utterly disappointing and disgraceful.

I recently visited the PetSmart in Missouri City and was thoroughly disappointed. Despite their website stating they accept walk-ins, I was told they only take appointments when I arrived.
*Misleading Information*
The website falsely advertised walk-in availability.
*Poor Communication*
No updates were provided during my dog's 4-hour stay.
*Inefficient Scheduling*
Appointment times were not respected.
*Lack of Transparency*
No call or update when services began or ended.
I made an 11 am appointment, dropped off my dog at 10:47 am, and expected a 1-hour service (bath and haircut). However, my dog remained there for 4 hours without notification. I had to call at 1:20 pm to inquire about the status.Avoid this location if you value your time and your dog's well-being. They seem unconcerned about punctuality and communication.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good variety of merchandise with the fish section. Fish tanks were clean and live fish looked healthy at the time of my visit to this store.
