No after hours ATM ? and never have good rate for loans. The only reason I even keep any money in my account here is because they have Zelle. I no longer deposit my entire check here because of the ATM and their awful loan APR's.

They seem to be closing all of their locations, and I can see why. They are so understaffed. Unfortunately they removed both ATM’s they had at this location so now it’s a “business hours only” location and the ATM inside is locked as well and it’s broken half the time. They always only have 1 teller which is why I prefer to use the ATM and go. I’ve been with TDECU for 10 years and I think I’m ready to make that switch elsewhere.

When I initially open my account that this location the customer service was top notched. I am not certain what has changed over the last few years but the customer service has certainly changed. I stopped by the bank yesterday (Saturday) around 11:30 and attempted to go through the drive through. Only one lane was open and there as a truck in front of me and then a car pulled in behind me so I was unable to get out after waiting almost 15 minutes. The car behind me finally left and I was able to get out of line only to go inside and see another line of at least 7 people waiting for one teller who was managing both. She was doing the best she could but the most concerning part is when you walk in and see her co-workers sitting in the offices not servicing anyone, seeing how long the line is and not making any attempt to help anyone. I have noticed this at other locations and I am not quite certain why this is their practice but it is beyond unprofessional.

No ATMs available after they close. So no ATM on long holiday weekends. It's been this way for months! Only ATM they have is inside building that's locked up at closing.

Unable to get help at Wells Fargo, we came over to TDECU. Josh, the teller was both friendly and quickly supplied what we needed. TDECU is always very on-point with their customer service!

Terrible Customer Service ExperienceI worked in to apply for membership, I was directed to sign in at the teller which I did, then I was told to take a seat and there I sat for 45 minutes, nobody attended to me or even said anything about the wait time, yet the staffs were walk up and down past me. I eventually left as I needed to pick up my child from school. I got a taste of what this location is and that's it for me.

Worse freaking location ever!!! I wish I could give - stars. There is always a long wait an 1 or 2 people at the teller. Then you have other employees in the cubicles with no just looking or doing work with no individual in front of them. They don’t acknowledge you, try to get help or anything I strongly believe that’s it and time to change my bank.. Crazy thing it I have been with them for so long. They need to work or customer service and get help if they need it.

Amber, Nick, & Adam Are The Best. I Am A Manager At A Seafood Restaurant So I Come Weekly To Get Change. They Get Me In & Out Easily With No Problem. Seems Like They Never Have A Bad Day & If Do It Never Shows. Always Have A Smile On There Face, Patient, & Polite Not Only To Me But Everyone They Service. Customer Service Is 5 Stars If It Was 10 Stars I Would Give Them 10! Keep Up The Great Work!
