We send both of our children to Teddy’s Ladder and have been incredibly happy with the experience. The staff—especially Beth, Shannon, Dani, and all the teachers—are truly exceptional. They create a warm, nurturing environment where our kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on activities, structured learning, and meaningful play. We’ve seen tremendous growth in both academic and social skills, and we’re consistently impressed with how much our children are learning and developing each day.
Teddy’s Ladder has exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’re so grateful for the strong foundation they’re helping to build for our children’s future.

We adore Teddy’s Ladder. I’ve had two kids go through this school and it’s a perfect fit for us!
Beth is an extremely hands on owner, which I appreciate so much! My oldest has graduated from Teddy’s Ladder and gone to another private institution where the owner is just there to make money. This isn’t much of a problem unless you have a problem and want to have it solved. Beth is on top of it. If you have any concern at all, she is looking into and following up with you immediately.
The staff is second to none. The front staff knows every single child and family. The teachers love and are invested in the kids.
There is a great balance of academic focus with play and fun. My kids felt challenged, but not pressured. The school also invests in fun activities for the kids!

We love Teddy’s Ladder! Very well organized, excellent curriculum and even better staff! We also love Beth, The Director there. She is very involved in the best way! They all are very hands on, treat our kiddos (9 months old and 5 years old) like their own and make sure they are learning. Could not recommend enough!

Our two boys have had the best experience at Teddys Ladder since they were babies. The owner is very detailed and organized and is always readily available to communicate with a parent concerning any questions or concerns. We believe this school has helped them be prepared for their next steps in kindergarten. The staff and teachers have all been great as well!

This is a wonderful school! I knew when I went on a tour with Mrs. Beth this was an exception Preschool and my children were in good hands.
The curriculum taught here has prepared my children for elementary on all levels. They focus on academics and social skills. It’s comforting when your kiddos are excited for school in the morning.
The teachers and staff are kind, friendly and welcoming! They always go above and beyond to care for the students. I love the events throughout the year. It really feels like a family environment here!
I highly recommend Teddy’s Ladder!!

I have both my girls (2 & 4) at Teddy's Ladder, they have been there since the infant room. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! My 4 year old is thriving and has made so many friends. The staff is amazing and I feel so comfortable dropping them off everyday and know that they are well taken care of. I feel like the staff is like family, they are talked about in our home all the time! My 2 year goes down the list every night to say goodnight to everyone. Ashley, Schannon, Susan, Dani, Michelle, Maurica and every teacher we have had are all so amazing, I can't say enough good things about them! Thank you for taking such good care of my girls!
Both girls are learning so much and love going to school everyday. They are thriving academically but also have so much fun! I love that they communicate with me throughout the day and send me pictures, this makes my day!
One of the best things for me is that they let the girls see each other during the day. My little one loves going to visit big sister! This warms my heart that they take the time to do this.

Teddy’s Ladder is one of the best decisions we made for our daughters! They both have progressed tremendously in all areas of development - reading, writing, social skills, and overall aptitude ability. The environment created by the staff is amazing, and allows for the perfect blooming of your child from infancy to toddlerhood. Their eagerness to complete homework assignments, and head back to school after a long weekend, tells it all! Childcare and education is a tricky and sensitive subject….but Teddy’s Ladder got it right!!

Our daughters attended Teddy’s Ladder since 2018 and we’ve been very pleased with the school. Our oldest attended Kindergarten there and was well-prepared for elementary school. Everyone compliments her on how well she can read. The staff and teachers take great care of the kids. The school is well maintained and provides great in-house activities for the children. We toured many schools in the area and are happy that we chose Teddy’s Ladder.

Over the last 7 years, all four of my girls have been enrolled at Teddy’s. I have complete peace of mind knowing my babies are loved and cared for by their teachers. And the bonus is they enter kindergarten reading, writing, doing basic math, knowing their shapes and colors, and so much more. I’ve always been so thankful that we were able to find this place and we treasure our experience there.

Amazing management team and teachers. My child was able to read by the age of four and loved going to school every day. She loved all the science projects and fun events. Her favorite was riding a pony for “Go Texan Day”. Highly recommend!

Teddy’s. Ladder is the greatest and I highly recommend them to all. The learning environment is second to none. Both my daughters were able to read and do basic math at age 4.I am a widowed dad with two daughters, ages 6 and 5. Aside from an exceptional educational experience, Mrs. Beth and her entire staff have stepped in to fill an emotional void in my children’s lives. They are nurturing, caring and always available to assist without hesitation. Leading up to my children losing their mom, Ms. Schannon personally sat in to provide support as I had the most difficult conversation I’ve ever had in my life. As a frequent school visitor, I’ve noticed this level of care and attention given to every student at Teddy’s .When my oldest moved to first grade, I elected to move both girls rather than separate them. Five weeks into the new year, I was convinced my youngest child needed to complete Kindergarten at Teddy’s. She was openly unhappy. She was welcomed back with open arms and has been over the moon since. My oldest is also happier because she frequently gets to visit all her old friends and teachers.I now, as my wife did, randomly meet parents touring the school and assure them this is the best decision for their children. I’m confident your kids too will love it here and be prepared to excel anywhere upon completion!

Both of our children attend Teddy's Ladder. Prior to attending Teddy's Ladder, our son would cry every day prior to school, begging us not to go. Now, he loves school, his teachers, and learning! Not to mention, at 4 years old, he can read most level 1-2 books comfortably. The administrative staff, Beth, and the teachers are caring, responsive, knowledgeable, and amazing! We have truly enjoyed our experience and we recommend Teddy's Ladder to any family!

Wonderful staff and owner. My kids started Teddy’s Ladder at age 3 and are currently in the process of completing their kindergarten education at the school.The school puts a strong emphasis on academics. Consequently, the math and reading aptitude of my children is significantly higher than that of most of their peers.
