I came in yesterday afternoon to order a smoothie. Very welcoming environment when you enter the shop by a big smile from the young lady and young man in the front we’re very friendly and respectful definitely will come back with this kind of attitude ?? I always come to this location and they were lacking in customer service but the staff were top notch. I will definitely come back !!!

Service at this location is horrible, the staff is a joke maybe it’s because they young but no excuse. They need better staff or need to train their staff on customer service. I’ve been going to tropical for a long time and the staff now seem to have gotten a lot worst, ppl getting attitudes, orders being made incorrectly or given the wrong order.

Walked in to place order. Worker said welcome but left me waiting while she made orders. She saw me waiting to place my order. Mind you I am the only customer in the store, no one in drive-thru . Didn’t say “I’ll be with you shortly”. Just silent as if I was not there. I, nor any customer should have to ask to be waited on. Especially if there is no wait. I understand bad days come to all but don’t come to work even though that means no pay. Attitude is not needed. Awful customer service.

They always mess up the orders when I come here to pick up for Uber eats/Doordash orders. First time when I picked up in 2021 they messed up the order and after delivering it the customer called me about missing items. I don't remember exactly what those missing items were because it happened 2 1/2 years ago. But anyways I had to go back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and get the right orders and go back again to the customers location to deliver. After that I got another order from them yesterday and I thought about the past missing order that happened few years ago and wondered if the same thing might happen again and unfortunately the same thing happened again. This time it was missing drinks. I always make sure if the orders have drinks but in this order I couldn't tell if those were drinks or not and I can't make sure about missing food cause I don't want to open/tamper the bag and don't want the customer to think that I stole their food or something. So this time when the drinks were missing, the customer called me and let me know about the missing drinks. So for this situation the customer got refund for their missing drinks. When the customer called the store about the missing drinks they came up with the excuse saying their employees were new. Lol. Next time when I get an order from this store I might just not accept it so that way I don't have to deal with their missing orders. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes and make orders right next time.

Expect to have your order prepared incorrectly and nonverbal communication. The employees don't greet you, don't acknowledge you when you approach the register nor do they thank you before you leave.Great business, horribly ran, terrible management/franchise owners.

The staff was not very friendly, not mean just didn't seem to care. They didn't greet us or say much to us at all. Our order as well as the three ahead of us were incorrect. I've been to quite a few TSCs and this by far was the worst experience I've had.

I’ve been feeling very nauseous lately, and I thought that a smoothie would help replenish my system. Well, while I wait at the window for my smoothie and flatbread crunch wrap, I noticed the worker NEVER put on gloves?. Not to mention, her clothes barely fit her because I saw her love-handles and her back as she moved around the store. I couldn’t stand it and drove off.

Hmm I've been reading some of the reviews here and am a bit confused. I hope the issues discussed before have been addressed. I popped in with a friend for a smoothie through the T-Mobile Tuesday deal. When I arrived, the place was pretty empty and there was lots of seating. I will say the customer service isn't the MOST welcoming but it's fine? I don't expect much when entering a smoothie place in which you'd usually pop in to grab and go. When I was ordering my smoothie and had questions, I felt like the employee did well with providing recommendations. I feel like at most I'd just ask that they speak up a bit as it was a bit hard to hear. I wasn't expecting the most enthused response. I opted for a Bahama Mama with less sugar. It was pretty good! I'll come back another day for a try, and will update.

W food, it hits. W smoothies, they are not too thicc but not too thin. Mid service, something's bad sometimes good, definitely a hit or miss; you may wait 5 mins or 20 mins with like 6 workers in the store what? W environment, many seats, many tables. Studied here once and it wasn't too shabby, but definitely need headphones to block out the blender. W restroom. Overall mid.

I have been to this location several times and ordered the Chia Banana Boost no almonds, no dates. Each time I order it, there is NO problem, until yesterday. I ordered the EXACT same (as I do at this location and others) and I was told it couldn't be separated because it's already mixed together. I said Iv ordered it like that before, is this new? No answer! Mind you I just ordered it at the pearland location NO PROBLEM, so I know the girl was lying. If she didn't want to work, then say that. This location is GHETTO. I have seen them gather around the window laughing and playing around in front of my car while I was in the drive through window, like there was a LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! They were so busy playing, my smoothie was watery. Not to mention, I did curbside one time and waited like ten minutes, so i decided to go in and see what the hold up was, the person said they didn't see my car, when I was the ONLY RED CAR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING! I will drive to whatever location but this one because of the lack of customer service.
