“Really about a 3.5 with pros and cons. Overall good experience. I listened to the other reviews and bypassed the app making my reservation on the website. I also had heard stories of reservations being cancelled the day before due to equipment not being held, so I paid in full to be sure my reservation was prioritized. I picked it up using the website option before hours (has to be confirmed prior) and that was fairly easy, just a lot of steps to cover. The cons were there was a scrape on the truck not indicated on their photos, food debris all over the floor of the cab (chips, crackers, popcorn, etc) and drink bottletrash in the back - all of which I photographed & reported during the pick up steps. Lastly, the truck had 1/8 tank of gas with 40 miles range left. Again reported during those steps. Fortunately you only have to return with the same amount. Though that continues to screw the next renter. Unfortunately there is only a 24 hour rental option, though I only used it 4 hours, but I knew what I was paying when I reserved it. Next time I'd look for hourly rental options.”
“I had the easiest time renting a storage unit at CubeSmart. I wasn't sure of the size and Deonna showed me the units to help me visualize what I needed to store so I could pick the right size. She was awesome. The process was fast and easy, maybe about 10 minutes to get everything set up. Would definitely recommend CubeSmart.”

“Positive experience renting a unit. Professional and helpful staff. Unit was clean. Only negative for me is that there is no security gate for protection. Every place I’ve rented before has had one. There is a security code to access the building, but this gets inconvenient each time you have to enter the building while you’re loading/unloading. About costs, be aware of marketing gimmicks. They may offer free first month, but they bill at the first of the month; so don’t be surprised if you have to pay before your full month is up. They will prorate the first month, but they don’t prorate the month you leave if you leave before the month is over.”

“Jakob was very helpful during my rental process. The van was very nice and clean. Still had the new car smell. My concerns were with my passengers. They were on the mature side and had difficulty getting into and out of the van, due to the height of the step to get into the van. It would have been helpful if there was some type of step stool to use to help with the entry and exit. Since this is a newer van without a sliding step, maybe there can be a step added in the van and attach it to a cord long enough to place the step on the pavement, then lift it back up and place it back in the vehicle during exits and entry. Just a thought!🤔”

“I really appreciate the young man who assisted me in renting a truck from this facility on yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and took time out to explain everything in detail. He adjusted the mirrors so I could view the rear and sides of the truck and explained several other features in the truck. I returned the truck last night and realized I accidentally left my watch phone in it. I called the store this morning talked to the same gentleman he confirmed it was there. I really appreciate this young man's honesty, knowledge and his people personality. I would definitely rent from this store again as well as reccomend them to others.
