They close earlier than the posted hours. I came at 3:49 PM on a Sunday and there were closed even though they’re supposed to open until 4 PM.

Any time we need something notarized, we go to this UPS and ask for Linda. She’s always professional, patient, pleasant, and funny. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sienna!

This store is a last resort for me. I rather drive 15 minutes further to the FedEx Office store. I'm posting because last year I had a bad experience with the same lady. She was bothered to notarize my documents because it takes up too much time. Her words. This time, the guy in the front asked for someone to do a fax. He was ignored so he told me someone will help me. The lady came from the back and began boxing up things for people who already left while I was standing at the register. She completely ignored me. She could’ve at least acknowledged me saying she'd be with me in a few or something. She continued on and I left for the FedEx store. That will be my go to from now on or until I'm near a different UPS store.

Linda was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She took care of my notarization, overnight shipping, and copies all at once in an efficient manner.

This location here— customer service is horrible, they don’t greet you, act as if you are bothering them. I hope upper management reads this review to promote training are get rid of the lazy folks that work the front desk. Wish I had names to provide, definitely would have listed.

So I bought some shoes and didn't like how they looked so I decided to return them. The website specifically says "UPS Drop-off Instructions: Package your return (if possible, use the original packaging) and remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.....the key is IF POSSIBLE USE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. AND REMOVE ANY OLD LABELS....and this is what I did, because the box was in great condition....so then the lady at the desk tells me that I'm going to need a new box for that one because they can't use it.....I showed her the websites drop off info for UPS.....and she was like.....uh, well I'll let it slide this time but you can't always believe what you see on the website.....um yes I can....I'm not buying something else when I had a perfectly good box to return it in. Not going here again. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way for better service.

They close before 4 on Sundays. I literally had 1 prelabeled package. Doors locked and I was ignored until I knocked. Still did not receive service.

Very worst in the nation. No phone/internet signal anywhere in this UPS Sienna Plantation store that are essential for any UPS stores. There is no way we can get the internet connection and get/show the UPS return QR code to ship the package. This UPS store is still in the third World Country and making a huge profit by way of not providing any basic thing and all they care is money. They even charge for using a small amount of tape which is unbelievable. Stay away from this UPS store.

Just had a really rude annd unprofessional interaction at this store. Me and a few people arrived a few minutes BEFORE they closed and the doors were locked. As soon as me and the guy who was next to me walked in an employee started SCREAMINF “nooooooooooooooo” throughout the whole store…I’m not exaggerating when I say SCREAMING. Repeatendly. She then proceeds to complain that she wouldn’t have let us in if she knew so many people would walk in following us and that we “must have been hiding in the bushes” and keeps going on and on in front me of and the other customers. Truly one of the strangest and rudest interactions I’ve ever had in a store. You guys were not closed yet - you shouldnt be complaining about servicing us and the door shouldn’t even have been locked in the first place. Also to start SCREAMING throughout the store because 4 customers showed up to drop packages off? Every single one of us was out of the store prior to their advertised closing time. Go to the other location down Highway 6, they deserve the business more.

Today, I had the best experience of my life. I’ve always had excellent service whenever I come to this location, but today the employees went above and beyond for me. I made a very silly mistake and accidentally packaged away my wallet before dropping it off, only to notice I was missing it an hour later. When I rushed back, the employees informed me that the UPS pick up guy already came but regardless, two of the ladies decided to go through the bags and bins in order to help me look. It was starting to look hopeless until one of them found my package at the bottom of one of the bins and I was able to retrieve my wallet after opening it back up. Sadly, I did not get either of their names, but I wanted to find someway to thank them. All I can leave is this review for now but I would love to hear back and see if there’s anyway I can write a simple thank you note as a personal thank you for going above and beyond. Every person I have told the story to did not believe that it was a UPS store that was willing to help me so much, but I proved them otherwise. Thanks again, UPS Missouri City.

Terrible customer service. All we wanted to do was make amazon returns and of course we were welcomed with some nasty attitude. As everyone knows, the process is really short and simple. Didn’t get a glimpse of the white woman’s name tag, but you should reconsider your job choices. A smile can go a long way.

So dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at this store. I dropped a package off Saturday morning 11/18, and was told my package would get to its destination by Monday. Monday comes and I check my tracking number and there’s no information or anything showing that a label was even created. I called the store numerous times and no one EVER answers the phone. I call the 800 number and they cannot find my package and direct me back to the store. Needless to say, I was very worried about my package and frustrated. I ended up having to call a business next door and have a young lady walk into the store (I paid her as well since I’m out of town for the holiday) just to finally get someone on the phone to help! Here it is 11/22 and my package is still saying UPS has not received it. And I’m calling the store and again getting no one so I’m on the phone 800 number yet again. I was told that something happened to my package, obviously someone from the store must have taken it because it was expensive item. I will never come back to store again!
