The customer service here is really bad … comments and remarks are being made when someone has to drop off a return for a store… I mean if the store or website I’m buying from would have another way to return I would preferred that over visiting the post office.

The really bright lady with the reddish/blonde braids has the worst attitude!!!! Retire if you’re not interested in providing a service to those who walk in or go to the back and sort!! Disgusting!

The staff in here today is completely horrible. Old guy catching attitude. Young lady clueless. Older lady could care less. I didn't get any help whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble & go to sugarland location. We were greeted at the door. They took care of us expeditiously

Do not ! Do not order anything if it’s coming through this post office . I ordered some shoes and they always steal your items ! I’m still waiting on my shoes since Feb 24th

Larry of the Missouri City location is the best Post Office associate I have ever encountered. When I needed to set up a P.O. Box and lacked knowledge on how to do so, he went above and beyond for me and was so attentive and helpful. I will be forever grateful for his support and assistance!

Literally get more and more smart mouthed and less helpful every time I come in, as rare as it is. They expect you to know how to do their job as if you work there, and then more under the breath comments as they turn around. Get these old people out of here
