My package was being missent to this location and they are nowhere near of making it fast to deliver it to me. No movements of the package. Worst experience ever.

Incompetent, slow, unknowledgeable, unconcerned, under qualified I can’t go on but I’m afraid my post will get flagged. How is this USPS office still in business? Maybe around the holidays we could expect delays, but I mail out packages at least 5-8 times a month and each time this particular office has held up my orders from 2-4 weeks AFTER not being able to find my tracking number….. Why? This is ridiculous and frustrating

Absolute worst experience with USPS. The “supervisor” was no help, and seemed bothered to have to come out and deal with an issue. Answer was no before I even began talking.Edit: After reading through the countless reviews, it’s obvious the people here are stealing packages. Something has to be done.

This Post Office is LITERALLY a black hole. Packages come in and nothing ever comes out. KHOU did a news story and there are countless horror stories on google/reddit/etc. I lost a package that I needed to receive before the Houston Marathon and after reading everything I have, I doubt it’s gonna get here on time (expected to arrive a full week before the Marathon). This facility needs to be investigated as they are either extremely inefficient/understaffed or they are doing something shadyUpdate 2/20/24: recently packages have been arriving on time. Hoping things have been fixed but what happened this past winter with all the delayed packages is still unacceptable.

BUSINESSES: If you can avoid this center AVOID IT. Be prepared to lose your package in a black hole for WEEKS and have your customers scratching their heads. This was the WORST usps experience EVER. It took eons to recieve my package from a business. The tracking stopped and didn't update for 2 WEEKS. the worst part? I LIVE in Texas just 6 hours from the business. Absolutely ridiculous, get it together yall! You made headlines with this foolishness!

Shipped my package on 1/3, today is 1/25 and package is still hung up in the disaster at Missouri City Texas processing center. Very little help from USPS in person or with their terrible attempts at automation. These are revenue shipments I depend on for the success of my business and this is the 3rd shipping issue I’ve had with USPS in about 30 days. If I could give 0 stars I would and for what it’s worth will not be using the horrible postal system any longer.
