TOILETS ARE ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE!!! They are so gross, I walked in & almost threw up seeing them toilets. I walked right back out. YALL ARE NASTY! Why aren’t yall toilets clean??

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the gas station located at 8318 Highway 6, Missouri City, Texas. After my gas overflowed due to a malfunction, I ran inside to speak with the assistant manager, Philip. Despite the urgent situation, Philip showed no sense of urgency or direction. He instructed me to go back and click cancel, which did nothing to stop the overflow.
I had to run back and forth in the pouring rain, and it wasn’t until I pressed the emergency stop on the fuel pump myself that it finally ceased. When I asked for a refund for the overflow, Philip dismissively told me to call the customer service line, showing no accountability or concern for the issue. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with the manager, he gave me a generic customer service number.
I’m giving this station a one-star rating. My experience was marred by Philip’s nonchalant attitude and lack of care. I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location and to be aware of the poor customer service.

THE WORST GAS STATION EVER, drinks and beers are NEVER cold , the soda fountain dirty , and there's a guy who works there who always wearing a black shirt is very rude and followed with around the whole store assuming I was going to steal or something.

Just now lost atleast 20 or 30 dollars at pump 13. The pump was extremely slow and was taking forever to fill. It was very hot outside so I came into my car to wait till the gas filled my car. I noticed after a couple of minutes that the pump wasn't stopping and has been going beyond my tank capacity. I went outside to check only to find a pool of gasoline and the nozzle dripping fuel although the tank was full. This is a huge safety hazard. I immediately stopped the pump and went inside the gas store asking them to shut the pump off and that it was dripping fuel without stopping. The attitude of the attendants there was unconcerned and least bothered. One of the guy there didn't even seem to understand basic English and didn't seem to care that Iost money due to faulty pump. He was more concerned about having to clean the mess up. This gas station is a fire hazard and needs to be reported to proper authorities for untrained staff and no fire safety procedures in place. They were also unwilling to pay me for the amount I lost because of spilt gasoline due to a faulty pump.

It's OK for a necessary fill up but as the only " Valero" station within many miles, they don't accept Valero cards for gas!

Nice gas station, pretty clean everytime I visit. The staff is usually helpful and they stay stocked. I appreciate the fact that it's quite and not a hang out for unfavorable spirits. Please make sure it stays that way.

This place isn't well lit at night & looks shady. I only come by this location because I have a gas card there. The store is fully stocked with snacks & drinks. The only scary thing is the old hot dogs on the grill & the scartched pizza spinning on a wheel.
