The pharmacy dept is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. They answer with no name , saying please hold multiple times . (5 or more) She kept doing it. Prescriptions are never ready.

Good Walgreens is usually not too busy. The interior is well organized and not cluttered. The staff is decently friendly.

All pharmacists need to be fully informed of what they have and what they don't have. I should not have been given something I did not ask for. She should have told me that they did not carry it and i could have gone somewhere else. This is so unacceptable. This was the 2nd and last time.

Pharmacist is not up to date on the COVID boosters guidelines for kids.. It took the pharmacist 1.5 hours to give a booster shot despite a scheduled appointment.

This is a very unprofessional store, the people work in the even are very rude( Ariana). This mf going to cancel our curbside order because she didn’t like that we told she was being rude! Admitting to her manager well still on the phone with us that she did cancel it because we’re being, not true at all. Don’t shop here if you looking for good service

Tried to get a photo for my kids today. The elderly man had an attitude the entire time. Had my son stand on a chair to take the photo. Said tilt your head up, my son tilts his head up then, He says it too high. Lowers it and still too low. The man can barely hold his own hands up to even take the picture. We did this for 5 minutes and my son was getting frustrated. And so was I. He seemed frustrated to do his job. I grabbed my son and are currently on our way to another Walgreens. Horrible service.

Seriously, I don’t understand why there’s a long wait time in the pharmacy. They should have a lane for drops and a line for pick up. The pick up line shouldn’t take long since they should have all your medicine ready to pick up.

The worst experience ever in Walgreens.The manager, a older gentleman. Is the rudest manager Ive ever came in contact with a Walgreens. His attitude is awful. I live close in the area, I will never go back to Walgreens!!!

The pharmacy has no sense of urgency. Called to inquire about the COVID testing and instead of asking me to hold. They continuously picked up the phone and hung it up. Over 7 times. I was so upset when I got there to see lots of pharmacists just standing around. I then asked “who keeps picking up the phone and hanging up?” I would expect more when dealing with medicine and health. Everyone just put their heads down and lied. As the phone was ringing while I complained. That customer service is unacceptable. I was completely inconvenienced when my inquiry could have been answered in 2 seconds. Instead they showed that they could care less about anyone. Disgusting behavior when dealing with health and medicine. It seems like this is their everyday behavior given the other complaints in the reviews.

The slowest service ever! Waited in line 45 mins to get to the pharmacy window and then another 15 mins to complete the transaction. I literally counted 7 employees in the pharmacy and the Pharmacist on duty was just waking around watching everyone else. There is no reason they should be that backed up. The line was just as long when I left. Will never go to this location for anything again.

I HAD TO CALL POLICE ON THE MANAGER TO CONFESS THE TRUTH!The Asian Pharmacist that worked at this location would not tell me who mistakingly filled a sample of my prescription which I never asked for. They apparently filled a 3 pill sample because they where out of stock, but are not supposed to fill any samples without request from a patient. This sample was given to me on the day they filled the full prescription which was a week later. I did not realize this until I got home. I recall the new technician that rung me up at the checkout was having difficulties checking out my prescription, but I noticed he removed a prescription from the ones stapled together and was able to check me out. When I got home and noticed that I only received the sample instead of the full, I went back to confront the Pharmacist. He said that his record shows that I picked up both on separate days. I sad it's not true because 1, I did not request samples, 2, I was not there the day there record shows. He told me come back tomorrow so the manager can pull up surveillance to confirm. So the manager when to check and told me he saw me on both days. I asked can he show me? He refused. He said I need a warrant or police officer to release footage. I called our local police. He ended telling the police a different story. He said it was my dad that picked it up. I confronted my dad and he said it's not true. The other question comes to mind is how does he know my dad, he has never meet me or my dad before. I ended bringing my dad with me to the store to testify. It was not till then that another pharmacy tech was able to figure out that the technician that rung me out did a lable reprint just to check me out without giving me the bottle that they recently discovered. If I didn't call the police to get the manager to confess, I would have been without my prescription for 3 months.Please check your bottles.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They hired new technicians without experienceThe manager who was there that day was not the current store manager, he was a tall African American. He had an attitude, and trusted more in the Pharmacist verses seeing if there was any discrepancy. And when there was discrepancy, he would not admit to it like the video surveillance footage shown.I dont know if they will penalize the manager for lying to customer or penalize whoever the Pharmacist is that filled samples without anyone's consent. The Asian Pharmacist never apologized after realizing I was telling the truth.Please check your bottles, I dont want you to experience what I went thru.

Called this place to cancel a medication so I could get it from the Walgreens pharmacy closer to me. 20 minutes of the music then ringing, then music, then ringing... Tried again and again. Finally called the store manager because I needed this inhaler. He transferred me saying they will pick up this time. Nope. Called again for store manager, a lady picked up. Without letting me finish my sentence transfers me again. Nope. Third time, I somehow got through and was able to get my medication at 6120 highway 6 location.
