This is the worst WalGreens location the pharmacist he is very rude I have cough I call the location 1307 on the guy by the register he moved me he moved the phone to the appointment okay I speak with the pharmacist I asked him two question if nobody believe me headquarter they need to to to back to record voice I asked him the first question if they do this for Coronavirus and the second question if we pay or what's if we bring insurance so he said it's okay you can come available no appointment available for anyone so I asked him so I can come right now he said yes I go over there on the technician inside she eats chips and she have dirty hand she has medicine on hand she watches the phone and he's answered don't care he answered very rude no man you ask me about about the the insurance I asked him about two question if they do test and Walgreens he said yes and I need appointment he not give me appointment because he not want to help me okay so that they lose money will agree okay and when I go physical after 2 minutes The Pharmacy who answered the phone has no basis for being a Pharmacy, he is racist, and he has no obligation to serve customers.

Worst experience ever. They lied that they had been trying to reach the doctor and when I called the doctor the doctor said that the pharmacy had not tried to reach them.

The pharmacist was was very rude and tried to treat me like a criminal because I gave the wrong Walgreens address and phone number to my doctor and I asked him could he transferred and he said it could not be transferred so I said OK well, I’ll just read. I’ll get it here cause I need it and then I’ll just get the refill at my main Walgreens, which is literally 10 minutes from them, but I didn’t know That I couldn’t get my prescription filled at another Walgreens because I’ve never been there before when you can look In your system and see go to Walgreens go to this one specific one all the time give my medicine have no problems.

Management is horrible like she doesn’t even know to manage right. Expired frozen food the whole store is just sad but the saddest is the woman Leticia who has the audacity to call herself a manager. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to pick up few prescriptions for a 95 yr old . Drive thru Friday 4:50 pm. Could not figure out the name she asked me to write it and I did . Then she said I need date of birth which I do not know . She refused to give me meds and I left. It took me 10 min to get to the window with one car ahead of me and when I got there the technician was taking her time and talking to parmacist and it did not look like something about medications. I am not a customer of Walgreens ( used to be) . Horrible unhelpful customer service. High turnover. No wonder their stock is down from I think around 50 to 15 or so.

This pharmacist is a damn idiot! My doctor purposely called in a prescription early for me and the pharmacist said he can't fill it until the original refill date. Hopefully I can try to avoid a trip to the hospital which would be caused by the pharmacist, not the doctor.

I just left this location very disappointed and without purchasing what I went in for! I went into this pharmacy to get something for congestion and a runny nose. A black, male pharmacist came out to help me and instead only offended me with his ignorance!!!! He assumed that I "needed something for a hangover" and I don't even drink! Then he proceeded to start talking about "CRAZY PEOPLE" when I informed him that I was a mental health clinician. He even said that he had "crazy" people in his family.As an educated person who is in a helping field, he should have known better. People choose not to seek out much needed MH services because of stigmatization and ignorance that he displayed!!!! I quickly educated him about the importance of both MH and physical health and how both impact each other. He needs sensitivity training and a refresher course on customer service!!!

Terrible customer service. I politely asked where an item was located in the store because I was having trouble finding it in the store, and the older lady up front had an attitude for no apparent reason and seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. I Definitely won't be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at the pharmacy. Despite being told my prescription would take 30-40 minutes, I waited 40 minutes only to be informed it would take another hour. Frustrated, I left, feeling unwell. On a positive note, the cashiers were friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, I can't recommend using the pharmacy for prompt service.
