I just left this location very disappointed and without purchasing what I went in for! I went into this pharmacy to get something for congestion and a runny nose. A black, male pharmacist came out to help me and instead only offended me with his ignorance!!!! He assumed that I "needed something for a hangover" and I don't even drink! Then he proceeded to start talking about "CRAZY PEOPLE" when I informed him that I was a mental health clinician. He even said that he had "crazy" people in his family.As an educated person who is in a helping field, he should have known better. People choose not to seek out much needed MH services because of stigmatization and ignorance that he displayed!!!! I quickly educated him about the importance of both MH and physical health and how both impact each other. He needs sensitivity training and a refresher course on customer service!!!

Terrible customer service. I politely asked where an item was located in the store because I was having trouble finding it in the store, and the older lady up front had an attitude for no apparent reason and seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. I Definitely won't be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at the pharmacy. Despite being told my prescription would take 30-40 minutes, I waited 40 minutes only to be informed it would take another hour. Frustrated, I left, feeling unwell. On a positive note, the cashiers were friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, I can't recommend using the pharmacy for prompt service.

Walgreens pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service. You can’t get through on the phone- I have literally called, been put on hold for over 5 minutes, got in my car, drove there, waited in line while I watched multiple people pick up my line and just put it back on hold without speaking to me, and was helped in person and they still had me on hold. They also have NO idea what the Walgreens app tells you and says that the app is wrong and won’t help you with what the app is saying like “update insurance” or “problem with insurance”, both of which happen way more than they should.

I used the Walgreens App to transfer a prescription to be filled at this store because the one at 4790 Lexington Dr-Missouri City tx did not have it in stock according to the App. It was to be FILLED NOT PUT "ON FILE" which is what this Walgreens did instead of filling it! WHY?

Walgreens is completely over priced, and then when you pay with your card they ask you do you want to donate, nobody's says what your donating to lol, they just ask if you want to give Walgreens more money. I don't need Walgreens to donate nothing for me, if I wanted to donate money I'd just pick a person and do that. People are better off just going to Walmart or the grocery store, maybe Walgreens would stop intentionally priced raising

It's a nice friendly atmosphere it's a smaller location Walgreens but it is a nice and friendly and safe neighborhood and you could find almost anything there and if you can't find it on the shelves you would go to the manager and they will do their best to see if they could order it for you

Almost everytime we go into this Walgreens store the is NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT REGISTER to help customers! We have to walk around looking for the employee that's assigned to the front. If this happens for a 3rd time we will take our business & prescriptions elsewhere!

Amazing service delivered by staff member Jasmin in the photo department. We arrived 30 min prior to closing and their Photo Kiosk was challenging as always; she handled our order with patience took care of us as well as customers at the checkout counter multitasking with extremely humble attitude. We thank you for your service Jasmine!The selection of snacks was great too while we waited for order to print we got to browse. We sure will return to store again.

Pharmacy is terrible. They want to search through you personal records and deny you you meds. Beware of that Walgreens. The other Walgreens are excellent!

Save yourself pain, money, and READ THIS. Especially if you are tattooed.I went here to get my COVID booster and flu shot. I am heavily tattooed on both arms. The tall skinny older black gentleman who gave me my shots clearly has not a single clue in the world what he’s doing.He told me that he was unable to inject the shots into my tattoo and proceeded to give them to me in an extremely high spot. This is NONSENSE. I’ve been tattooed for years and have gotten plenty of shots in my tattoos.After several days, I started experiencing severe joint point. I went to an orthopedist and told him what happened. Doctor said he never heard you can’t give shots through tattoos in his life before and told me the shot was most likely injected into the rotator cuff.After paying more money and getting a steroid shot into my joint, my shoulder feels better.He is also extremely rude and unpleasant. I told him I needed to get my insurance covered COVID tests and he told me my insurance denied it because I already got them. This was false, but I said okay and I left. 15 minutes later, he calls me and says he “misspoke” and tells me that they will mail the tests to my house.The guy is clueless of the world around him. Avoid this place for medical purposes, and Walgreens, I suggest you look into this guy. He’s going to permanent hurt somebody and cost you guys a lot of money at some point.Go somewhere else.

An older male cashier misplaced two items my mother who had purchased, we noticed, and barely 2 minutes after leaving we came back with the receipt and told him we didn't have the items he didn't believe us smiled and laughed under his breath while my mother calmly and politely asked him for a manager he stood there doing nothing until another customer complained and asked for a manager as well. Now the young lady who was in charge later came and help my mother and even checked security cameras because this man would not admit that he did not put the items in our bags or hand us the bag that the items were in and so the manager grabbed the items and the tag of one of the items that wasn't in stock (which I told him he could do when he said he couldn't make the returns with the items out of stock but because I have worked a cashier job before and I understand how inventory works I knew that's bs) and the fact that not only two people had to ask for the manager but I also told him what he could do for the fact that there was not a product in stock mark up the return with and I'm not even an employee there and I knew what to do but I'm grateful for the young manager who finally got the job done and fixed the man's mistake who NEVER APOLOGIZED to my mother who is a 62-year-old woman, wouldn't harm a fly let alone steal makeup from a Walgreens and come back 2 minutes later and try to scam them out of returning it.
