Pharmacy slow and unorganized. Dropped a prescription off and they said come back in the afternoon to pick it up. Went back in the afternoon and they said they had no prescription for me. Ridiculous. Honestly, this pharmacy sucks.

Very bad customer service. When i asked an employee if he could help me find an item, he looked annoyed n said ‘i don’t know, i’m new here’. Hope walgreens do better.

I went to the store located at 4790 Lexington Blvd. Missouri City TX 77459 to get vaccinated and the staff (Terry) was more than welcoming, especially the Pharmacy Manager, Meha, who went far and beyond my expectations providing me with the best service I've received in my 28+ years of being a customer at Walgreens in different states.

Terrible attitude from pharmacy eveytime; no matter who you speak to the ladies are always in a terrible mood.
The last 3 prescriptions that my household has picked up were all delayed by at least a day. Same excuse each time that they didn't receive even though I confirmed that they did over the phone (with them). Go anywhere but here! They really just don't care.

Disappointed in this location. Online and the phone service still lists the pharmacy as being open until 8 on weekdays. Well what a surprise it was when I pulled up to pick up medicine only to find the hours have changed to 7pm. I called the store and the associate had to put me on hold to find out what time the pharmacy opened. An update would be nice.

I came to this location today and bought a gallon of milk. The expiration date is still 2-3 days from now and the milk is completely spoiled. I’m 8 months pregnant and just consumed spoiled milk because this is the product that’s being put out by this company. The city health department needs to come and inspect this location the same way they did the one on west airport. Completely unbelievable.

This pharmacy is awful, do not do business here. More than I've time I have been very sick and had a prescription sent there, they don't have it in stock, but neglect to let me know, nor update the status in the app. They do not care about their patients at all. If I had not called to check both times I imagine they would still be "in progress".

Girl name Cindy was on the phone the entire time talking to her friend. Very unprofessional and has no work ethics. Management should train their employees more carefully!
