Bankers at desks greet you but don’t really acknowledge or try to help you. You have to go up to them to get their attention and ask for help. Once I was helped Service was great.

I am so disappointed, I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I don't want to make this long, so I won't. I can't believe the lack of concern for the customer. Wells Fargo used to be Wakovia Bank. They were one of the keyboard players in financing the slave trade. Citibank, and Bank of America as well. I have been shopping other financial institutions. Sofi, try it, i gaurntee you won't be sorry. After all, it's your money...

The worst branch to do business. Horrible customer service. Understaffed and had to wait for over 1 hour to get my document motorized. Ghetto customers in the lobby making loud noises. Go here if you want to get Shot!!!

Like the DMV but with bankers...Friday people are cashing checks but only two tellers and even they seem to be taking forever. Almost ten minutes in line with one person in front of me.

Rude manager. Did not understand the concept of a check made out to cash. Allowed me to deposit my check after I threatened to close my account.

They need more tellers and bankers. So so so slow to get a teller to deposit items for me, a banker to notarize, and the drive through is so so slow and inconvenient.

If I have to go into a bank this one is by far my favorite! The customer service is phenomenal and they are usually very quick.

This WF has some of the best customer service I know. I used to come here more, but they remain very friendly to me when they see me. At other times, using their atm machine is conveniently located near the tollway. That way, anyone who is on their way to an event or whatnot in Houston can get cash out while on the run. Also, they are conveniently located next to Kroger and Kroger's gas station. If you bank with WF, try this location if you're in the area.
