This is the closest Wells Fargo to me. I have been banking with them for my entire adult life. No matter where I move there is always one close by. I've used this particular location for deposits and withdrawals. But today I needed their notary service. It is free for people with accounts. They were able to notarize my documents quickly and easily.

Worst customer service EVER! I went in to get a Medallion Guarantee (like a notary) and they stated they don't do that service. We've been a customer for over 30 years there! As soon as I can I guess I'll close my accounts and change to a credit union or bank who believes in customer service!!

I have come here to change my accounts two times in the last three years. Unbelievably, i have had to wait over an hour for service. Only one representative is working yet there are 4 in the "customer service" doing NOTHING!!! Same thing that p happened when i was here three years ago. Time to switch banks.

They have improved their drive through speed here. The last several deposits have gone much more quickly. This is consistent enough that I no longer plan to close the office for an hour when I go to the back.

Very poor customer service. The individuals involved were the Manager, Christopher Goldman and associate, Nibin Thomas. When you go to a banking institution you expect questions to be answered in a professional manner. When I left this bank, I was extremely saddened that an experience would be so confrontational. Be aware, customer service is not either of these individuals strong forte.
