This review is for the bakery. They always have such nice looking and tasting treats for me to grab whenever my will power to resist caves cause I can't say no to my sweet children right? lol They did an awesome job in all my children's birthday cakes or cupcakes over the last year and were on time with it and easy to pick up and get out of there via self checkout. There's also been multiple occasions that the baggers would help me out to my car (without me asking) because I had my baby sleeping on me or I had to bring him in the stroller with my two other children in tow.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The curbside here is the worst of all H‑E‑B locations I have used. I opted for delivery at 9.99 to be delivered between 730-830pm At 930 I drove up to store since ap still said picking my order almost 2hrs after deliver schedule. They obviously do not know how to manage orders and overbook. The hours of operation for store said til 11pm but when I started calling store at 8pm no one answers. I'll file complaint with H‑E‑B corporate just because this is one of the worst customer experiences I have had. I had to get a supervisor to cancel my order because the curbside manager L-a was too busy to talk to me. Would not recommend this location at all- they obviously do not know what communication, customer experience, and not overbooking orders means if they can't handle orders conformed through H‑E‑B app. Horrible horrible customer service.

I've been a loyal H‑E‑B customer for years, my brother used to drive for them and my nephew still works as employee for more than 7 years. I shop at H‑E‑B and at Joe V's I love the special deals and the produce is second to none.Always friendly faces and always willing to help if needed .

This Location for HEB clearly has management issues. When you see multiple employees on multiple occasions treat customers poorly you have to look at leadership. This store has always been staff by people that treat you like crap. Today was the last straw I just can't subject myself to the insanity of coming back time and time again expecting to be treated well. What happened today has happened numerous times before, worker will not pause or move as they restock shelves. You stand there waiting for 10 minutes like an idiot. They look at you repeatedly with disdain. Then at the seafood counter I got to watch the two workers have a friendly discussion for 12 minutes. Oh at minute 4 one looked over and told me someone would be with me shortly. Shortly must mean longer than 8 minutes. Yes I was the one that left my basket on top of the counter and walked out. Just returned home from a very pleasurable shopping experience at Kroger only 5 minutes away.

Curbside very bad customer service and employee very rude and not helpful at all they don't deserve even one star for there services as they are always late of giving us our orders and when we asked them they just ignore the customer. Also when they bring the order they start throwing the items in the car that really bad bad bad.

This market is a great place for grocery. Its usually busy, well stocked, employees are helpful,, and the price is reasonable. As busy as the place is, it is usually cleaned and nice. You'll find fresh produce all the time.

I have been using this H‑E‑B for curbside and delivery for a couple years now and there always seems to be a problem with my orders. Fruit that's on the verge or rotting, missing items, etc. Yesterday, I picked up a curbside order that was missing over a dozen items. I've given them plenty of chances and slack since COVID but this is truly ridiculous. Will be trying Kroger curbside from now on.

poor. Very poor. always out of fresh sandwiches, ready meals, and chicken quarters. Out of vitamins and other stuff. I took my 86 year old father through the 15 items and under line. He had 19 items. The cashier was nasty about it and told me to go to a regular line in a condescending tone. There were only 2 regular cashier lines open and they had long lines. I leaned over and said in a nice but firm tone "he is 86, and uses a walker. There is no one else in line. please help him". He gave a dramatic sigh, and said "whatever" and checked us out. I gave up and now go to the HEB by Sienna Plantation which is loaded with food and understanding staff!

Staple grocery store in the neighborhood, always came here when I lived in the area. Decent parking, decent store and service, and there's a Popyes nearby.

I have tried 3 times to pick up a Rx at Lake Colony H‑E‑B pharmacy in Sugar Land since 9AM and I have been unable to. The prescription was ready at 10AM, but they were not able to use my insurance because the physician had called it at an incorrect pharmacy. I told them I would return bc they said they could call at that time bc the other pharmacy was open. 1:45 minutes later they still had not called so I could pick up my prescription. Now I remember why I had changed pharmacists. Since pharmacist Aparicio was transferred to another H‑E‑B the customer service is not the same at Lake Colony!!

I have been going to this H-E-B for over four years now and never had such a big problem until yesterday when my husband went to get groceries and paid $150 in cash and only got $3 and some change back when his bill was $127 The cashier and the lady bagging the groceries ( which if you're bagging groceries, I'm not sure how she saw what he paid with, but ok) were both arguing he had paid only $130 as he explained he did not, they made a big deal calling a manager who definitely lacked customer service, they said they would need to check the cameras they said they would need to count the money in the register and after a long wait for them to verify of course it they realize they did have $20 over and brought the $20 to him I don't understand what the big deal was if he's telling them how much he just paid the cashier. I don't know if this has anything to do with race or not but this was unnecessary and to top it off there was never an apology from the cashier or the manager. The only respectful person was the one that counted the money in the register, which was the man who returned the change to my husband. He was the only one with the decency to apologize. It is upsetting , this is unacceptable because to begin with if you make a mistake you apologize you definitely need to retrain your management on customer service skills and employees how to pay attention and count money as well as on ethics and respect.

The curbside staff very slowly and lazy and they don't care to have good service. You have to wait too long to get the online order and you will see the staff helping the other customers without even acknowledging anyone else. Thats very bad customer service.

Heb! I need some shopping.Heb! Not just any shopping.Heb! You know I need some groceries.Heb!This is a pretty standard HEB location which is way too busy for my liking, located right on Highway 6. We've come in here a couple of times. Also we found the service wasn't great and the options were similarly not too great, and we had some pretty bad experiences with some of the employees, as well as a general panic buying type of mentality that was going on here that didn't make things too great, much more so than the other HEB locations at the beginning of Corona. So we were not fans to say the least, but it's here and it might help if you need groceries in this area. And of course this location is frequented by HEBron James and HEBber Locklear. The only thing I bass this on is FLEABut Barbie's my princess, and I need to PEEEspecially after an OJ or THREEFrom HEB for about five FIFTYThe clientele here are BOURGEOISIEAnd they consume more pastries than the Houston PDAnd I hate the way the night managers act ANGRILYBut we still always shop at the HEB!

Staff absolutely ignores you at self checkout, eight employees walk past as light is blinking with zero acknowledgement. The young girl, different hair colors, working the area has no idea of customer service. The 'manager' I am assuming, young guy with black hair says nothing as he puts his code in to the self checkout. Neither can be concerned with eye contact or verbal acknowledgement. There is a reason why I haven't visitied this location in over six months, HEB in Sienna is top notch with customer service. Despise that I spent my money at this location today.

I was very upset I have been going to the curbside pick up and every time they don't have paper bags for some reason (even though I have requested them in the comments section) and when I get plastic in and outside of the store they only put one or two things in a bag for example: two cans of corn, a bottle of oregano, tomatoes, two tubs of cheese, dish soap....all in their own individual bag. They didn't even bother to put a box of cereal in a bag, instead it was just lying on the floor of my vehicle. I feel like since I am paying for convenience, I should at least get what I am paying for. I used to give tips for GREAT service but it's been a long while since I've had GREAT service.
