Absolutely disgusting experience. The nurse claimed i cheated on the test, claimed i altered my pee, and was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the process. Banging on the door and smelling my pee. Telling me it was too clear to be pee. More over, the nurse had told me i had to strip naked in front of a stranger and do it again or they would give inconclusive results and make me leave. I willfully obliged; and by only the word of this nurse, i was forced to strip naked in front of a stranger and expose myself to them. They made many spelling mistakes on my documents and I was illegally searched in my pants as well. If i could have went to any other facility, im sure i wouldve had a much smoother experience!

I went in for a random quarterly drug screen. Nurse who I gave my sample to smelled it and said it was good then dumped it and had me give another sample which I passed. In the bylaws they are not supposed to use smell, color or any other physical attributes besides temperature to determine the quality of a sample. This also happened to one of my employees a few days after my incident. This was just unprofessional and if I have to follow the rules then so should they.

Very unprofessional place! This place will judge a book by its cover. Went in to take a pre employment drug screen. Simply took a pee in the cup and gave it to the lady. She AUTOMATICALLY said it didnt smell like pee.(which she never took a smell). Even though was never positive for anything, she wanted me to take it again and for a male to be in there with me. Not okay at all! I then went to odessa lab and passed with flying colors. No flags at all. They will fail you or make you retake if you have tatooes, piercings and other things in that nature. I do not recommend the facility in monahans.

These place is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. I send drivers for DOT drug test to them daily and the process is always smooth and efficient.
