It is fully gated with code or app access, making it safe and convenient. The park is noted for its exceptional customer service, with kind and courteous staff who are attentive and social. Amenities include on-site showers, restrooms, and phenomenal laundry facilities with a change machine. There is a pool, described as amazing and ice cold, and a playground perfect for kids. The park allows mail delivery, which is important for long-term guests. It is considered a homey, peaceful place for a night or for longer stays, catering especially to those working in the area. The price is very good. The only noted drawback is that the wifi signal is not very good. Many guests call it the best RV park they have ever stayed at and highly recommend it.

This is a nice, clean, affordable place to stay in a very small town just off I20. It had everything we needed: Full hook ups, Wifi, pool, showers, laundry and a gated entrance. It was very quiet and the owner and his son are super nice.
