Rooms: Big, clean with a small kitchen, dining table. Sofa, desk .. it feels as a small studio apartment.”

“Nice and clean. Very busy, I assume, due to the road construction all around, especially from Midland to south of Odessa. Also, construction in Pecos. For the hotel, i only had one issue due to a granted late checkout. The morning housekeeping ladies had my 1:30 PM checkout on their list. Perfect! Then, another housekeeping person knocked on my door at 12 noon and asked me why I was still there, in an accusatory tone. I told her I was granted a late check out the day before. She huffed and stormed away. Then, within ten minutes, as I am trying to pack quickly and leave, my room phone rings, and the hotel manager asks me, in the same accusatory tone, why I was still in the room. I explained the late checkout. While it was on the list, and the early housekeeping ladies, who were awesome, had it on the list. How is it possible that the manager can not check and use the system instead of calling a Lifetime Platinum Elite Marriott member and giving the customer an attitude? Yes, I know this sounds petty. But, the manager should do some checking first instead of interrupting me. Otherwise, everything was great. Especially all the rest of the employees. The young lady who checked me in and gave me the 1:30 checkout should be the manager. I thought she was. I did not get her name. They also have a great cable line-up as I drove 6 hours and needed to unwind and chill watching an NBA playoff game. Some yahoo in a room on my floor was banging on a door or two because i assume he was awakened by incoming customers. Try to close the door quietly, people. Don't let it slam in hotels. That's enough.”

“Great place to stay. Nice, big, and clean room for a great price. I will say there was a woman who didn't particularly seem to enjoy helping customers. But the other men and women are super sweet and helpful. The woman in glasses would be my only reason not to stay here again. She was on a smoke break, and I didn't want to rush her. I decided to wait and let her finish instead of telling her I needed help that instant. when she saw I was sitting in the lobby she said "why are you sitting there, do you need something?????" All while the smell of cigarettes hit me like a brick wall. This is the same woman who told me if house keeping cleaned our room or even changed our towels that we'd get an extra charge every time. I've never stayed at a place where they did that. But when we would go down to exchange our towels or get something we needed, she seemed to be extremely annoyed. For someone who stayed there over a week and needs to stay in the future, you'd think we'd be treated a little differently. Hopefully, this changes in the future.”

“Stated this hotel multiple times the water faucet by the exit door. It’s been leaking for three months come on guys. Let’s get this fixed the whole building gonna sink.”
