Sam ,the night shift girl, was sweet and pleasant, the shower was good, it was clean ,I would stop here again ! I've been in way worse showers in the big chain truckstops!!

I have visited the store around 3:00 pm when I encountered unnecessary bad service from the associates inside. I have fueled up my truck more than 75 gallons from them yet they were not helpful. I was not told about the promotions and the free sandwiches and when I asked questions about it; they were rude. The manager, on the other hand, wasn’t cooperative either.

I m here 3:00pm friday 8/2/2024 sorry to say attendent of the store are rude ghere body laguage shows they doesn’t like to deal the truck drivers i join k k only month a go customer came and feel the attendants should respect them

Update: 5 years since my last visit. This truck stop is still dirty inside. The truck fuel island were fairly clean. BUT. I had to wait while 2 semi trucks and 1 tow truck finishes washing their cabs while I wait to buy $500 worth of fuel. The clerk said nothing she can do the water is their for them to use. Ok is that my the other major truck stops call tow trucks or say something. It's your stores money. When the owner operator drives to stripes or one of the other 3 truck stops within a mile or so? Bill and Buck Kent wouldn't allow this to continue. And I will fuel at stripes next time.
Dirty store. Dirty pot hole lot. Local drivers park personal truck driver vehicles in lot taking up what room they do have. Fuel pumps are extremely slow. Expect to spend at least an hour getting fuel.

So I’m a Truck Driver and I called to ask if they had showers there a woman answered their phone and said they are all dirty, I asked so can someone clean one for me? She said not at the moment because they had hotdogs and they had to take the trash out before, they could help me out so they put hotdogs and taking the trash out before me which a shower could possibly take 5 to 10 minutes to clean 7:50 PM on a Saturday night she kept asking who I was like if the answer that I gave her would matter they need to hire more help after spending $1800 a week in fuel I don’t see how they can’t find the time to help their biggest customers I’ll just take my business down the street to pilots

Been using the store in Monahans over 18 years, on 6/1 management lost a good customer, she was rude and I don’t appreciate that when I’m paying her salary, will never go back, thanks for your other kind employees, Rebecca, Yolanda, emili and Justice.

I come in here all the time. Usually pretty decent today very very dirty. The men's restroom extremely nasty.. was looking to get a shower was told they were all dirty and by the looks of the rude woman(which she is usually rude but I just brush it off) she had no intentions of cleaning them. Her phone was to damn important. I hate the major chain truck stops but at least you don't have to put up with that mess.
