Need better service, no one in the front of the store. Walked to the back and all 3 associates were back there just standing around talkin. One was sittin down texting on there cell phone. They all walked back to the front after I had to ask for help.

Amazing staff and a wonderful place to apparently change your power steering pump pulley.. If not for this crew of wonderful people at O'Reilly's in monahans Texas I have no idea where I would be this morning.. everyone went above and beyond what could ever be expected of them they even called in a mechanic to come to the store to give me a hand then we could not figure out how to use the puller. But it was for not lack of trying because this crew is absolutely amazing I would recommend and strongly suggest anyone that needs anything for their vehicle to visit O'Reilly's in Monahan Texas thank you guys once again I appreciate you all.. every one of you need a damn raise y'all go beyond what could ever be expected and for that I am truly grateful and appreciative. Big shout out to Mr Ben mechanic in monahans Texas I appreciate you sir you were absolutely amazing this morning. Hands down absolutely the best place I have ever purchased parts.. keep up the good work you guys it is greatly appreciated.

They had the parts I needed, unlike Auto Zone, so it was a blessing. The staff was friendly so that's also a plus. They did try to sell me "the better product" like most places do, but that's their job right?
