‼️👎🏼👎🏼‼️ They have those gravel trucks everywhere. I understand they don't know how to back them in, but they can tell them not to be in the way, and they will be on the fuel island talking, and the personnel don't enforce anything, and as you can see in the bottom photo, they allow vehicles to park in truck parking. It's getting sad and horrible out here; there is no respect for truck drivers, and the coffee has been watered down. It is not the same as previously, but it is more expensive.

Horrible customer service, it’s 11:42pm I reserved a shower, there’s no wait and also no cleaned showers, also one of the workers what’s going on with the showers and she says there’s a customer waiting and replied I’m the one waiting for the shower and asked when would it be ready, she replies with whenever she’s done cleaning them until then just wait. Shouldn’t have to wait for a shower at this time of the night.

The staff here is amazing, one woman in particular, I didn’t get her name, she worked the subway counter. She was so friendly, and so professional. She makes a person feell welcome after a long day of driving.

Umm they rush you out of the showers when no one waiting. You don’t get service at all in the store. and they are rude… But it’s a nice store for sure just got people working there that don’t like their job.

Love this place. It was my first time here and Nola, Krystal and Desiree all helped me in various ways as I bought reserved parking, ordered a shower and bought a beverage. They were friendly and helpful and seem to know so many of the regulars and treat them like family. The shower was clean and I hope I make it this way again.

I usually never write review on pilot. I come here all the time and every time the wait for shower is longer than unemployment and I'm the only driver waiting for a shower

This place needs a lot of work. They will usually have a lane or two shut down either the pumps aren't working or some excuse also the trash bins are full, I tried to get a shower yesterday I sat for 20 minutes waiting n they had nobody to clean the showers so I asked the lady and she said can I wait for 15 more minutes so I told her to forget it that time is money. Im working in the area so im here a lot so this morning I got a shower and it had someone's nasty long hair on the shower floor. My company spends so much money at pilot that this has to improve. Safe travels my friend! Forget to put the pilot its the one at exit 86 on interstate 20 on the outskirts of monohans!

Very nice and clean. I was not expecting this in the middle of nowhere. Very nice and very comfortable showers extremely roomy. Very well done Pilot!!!

Finally a nice truck stop! First off, it was clean and actually smelled good in there! Restroom and all, and not because of the subway in there either. Nice and clean smell! As someone who travels almost constantly I run into a lot of rude service workers in fast food but let me tell you…never have I ever had such great service at ANY subway let alone a truck stop one! Desiree and Cynthia had the most wonderful customer service! So polite and actually enjoying the job with a smile. Something I don’t see too often on the road is good hygiene and let’s face it. At truck stops, they get slammed! Desiree not only has a great vibe but made sure to change gloves AND wash hands between customers. If anyone wants to eat fresh on the road, it doesn’t get any fresher here that’s for sure! Great job everyone!

This Pilot has very clean showers and the staff here in the morning is very helpful especially Amanda. This Pilot has awesome customer service.

I had a great experience when I stopped at this Pilot Travel Center! Upon walking in, the facility was clean and nothing was in a disarray. The ladies at the front counter were very welcoming, and a Subway employee gave my toddler a free cookie! I offered to pay for the item, and the enployee told me not to worry about it. It's nice when you walk into a place, and people are friendly! I also love the addition of their self checkout to help with long lines.
