Dr Nguyen examined my eyes. She is very patient and answered all of my questions. It took about a week and a half for my glasses to come in. I needed some information about my eyes to take to another doctor. The staff prepared what I needed. All of the staff at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Mont Belvieu location has a clean and bright atmosphere.

I can honestly say this has been my best experience getttin glasses. I have trouble accepting that I have to use them. Michelle and Martin were so personal. Dr. Odriskell told me my eyes weren't weird and they just needed alittle help. (Made me laugh!) Lolis greeted me with a smile that eased my nervousness. Elizabeth explained each test to me so I understood what was happening. I highly recommend this place.

I am a reocurring customer, Rose Mary Purvis leaving a fantastic review of your employee, Martin, who assisted me. He willingly adjusted all 3 pairs of glasses I’d brought in for adjustments. He was very patient and precise with me. He perfected my glasses and left me as a happy customer. I will tell my friends about visiting America’s Best in Mont Belvieu, TX. He is a wonderful and helpful employee.

I have had the BEST experience with America’s Best in Mont Belvieu. Michelle was an absolute angel and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my experience and will always use this location.

The experience to get your vision checked was alright. They aren’t open at 9 am like they say they are. So good luck to anyone trying to pick up their eye glasses like I was trying to. Super frustrating when they advertise they are open at 9 am. No one was inside at 9:26 am on Friday. Wish they would update their hours.

The appointment was an easy in and out. The staff is nice. They just couldn’t get the fit on adjusting my glasses right. The employee didn’t want to adjust them anymore and check to see if I had gotten a warrantee. When she saw that I didn’t, she said “well you didn’t get the warrantee so I guess I have to just keep adjusting them”. They’re still not right and uneven but I’d rather deal with it what watch them struggle for another 30 minutes not knowing what they’re doing.

America’s best in Mont Belvieu did an amazing job repairing my eyeglasses. The GM was very kind and she took care of me.
