I'm 43 and have banked with several banks in my life, but I've never had the customer service I've received at this bank.... I've been a customer for about two years and Roxi has been like my personal banker, lol. She is Johnny on the spot any time I have ever had a question or a need. I adore her. I love the drive through and how prompt everyone always is, and I just think they are more like a "small town feel" than other places. They have a great bank app, and it's so easy to use. I recommend them to everyone!!!

This bank has been a hassle for me. I had to ask permission everytime I was going to spend more than 1k in a day. So annoying when you are buying furniture. Wanted to use the vending machine at work for a 75 cent transaction...denied. My account had 4k in it at the time. I have to go. Slowly transferring and spending my balance so I am out very soon.

Never open on time on the weekends! Soo frustrating! I don't know what the deal is with the management here but I've sat here for more than 30 minutes after the expected opening time until someone shows up. Lisa is the one exception here. She is extremely helpful and has been here for years. Wonderful person. She gets 5 stars. Management 1/2 star.

Terrible way of doing business. They opened a closed account without the permission of the owner of the account and then proceeded to take some of the money that was deposited by the IRS. I will give them a slight benefit of the doubt by saying they reported that the closed account had a negative balance when it was inappropriately reopened. However, I don't see how this was possible since at the time the account was closed a refund was given in cash by the bank. It was verified that the account was closed and then spontaneously reopened. The missing money is not at all okay, but it is besides the point for my review...reopening a closed account without the owners permission is not okay! It never should have been done and I can not believe a company that anyone is entrusting their money to would do that. On top of that no one bothered to verify that the owner of the account was contacted. Terrible, just terrible!
