I’ve been banking at the Mont Belvieu location for about a year now and i must say it has been a very frustrating experience. From the non helpful staff to being out on hold for hours all because I just need to verify a card for Apple Pay. They have offered me no thing but migraines and frustration.

I had a very frustrating experience, I reached out for assistance regarding a loan… I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness at every turn. No one seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns or providing clear guidance. It was frustrating to feel like my time and concerns didn’t matter. Customer service is not a priority at DuGood credit union.

Super friendly people, new location in with a lot of other cool businesses.Needed to make a deposit, but wasn’t certain I’d get back to Beaumont on time. Luckily this was near Freddy’s Restaurant in Baytown, and only a couple of minutes away.Good to know, next time I’m out of town.
