These folks were quick! Reasonable price and great customer service. I needed a break job with roters. I brought it in when they opened. It was finished by 11. I had no appointment. Just needed it done quickly and they delivered.

Please do not take your car here flat out, we as people work to hard for our money to have someone like this to hustle you out your money, you will go in for a simple fix once he dose his diagnostics on it, he will tell you you have four other problems and it’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars and he won’t replace anything he says is wrong with it because it’s not broke. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I BEG YOU DONT DO AS I DID. Pics of my parts in back of truck hood open while it was raining foot prints all in my seats.

Excellent customer service, fast, friendly, affordable and they are actually still honest in this day in time, that is almost unheard of. Would recommend and will use again of we need auto shop repairs! Thank you so much Kenny's Car Care for helping us out in a pinch, on such short notice!

Tech helped me replace my serpentine belt and they did great work with a good price. My only gripe is they could have been alittle bit more timely but I cant complain. Thank you very much!

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! After 6 months and spending over 9k at Kenny's, I finally took the truck to Joe Gentrys in Baytown to clean up Kenny's mess. Aside from not fixing the
truck, they also scratched it. I let them repaint the fender and to no surprise, it didn't match. I ended up bringing it to Adulfo's paint & body to fix that screw up. Kenny did pay that bill, but I had to take him to court over the mechanical work. He was ordered to pay me back 2500. (Not enough) The truck he "worked on" for me is a 1998 Chevrolet, about as simple as it gets compared to newer vehicles. I wouldn't trust Kenny's to air up a tire! Hopefully, this review saves someone from the nightmare experience I had. Just in case they try and refute my story you can look it up. It's all public record filed through Judge Cryers office in Chambers county.

I drive a tow truck..... while dropping off a car my truck tire went flat and the technician immediately helped me plug it on the spot! We aired it up, I dropped my car, and I was on my way. Credit 1 good deed to him.

Water pump went out on my diesel dually and I had a 40ft trailer carrying a load??? Kenny secured my load and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours❤️ Staff was friendly. Very pleasant experience!

I want to add that if you aren't going to Kenny's to have your vehicle car/truck repaired you are missing out on great communication, service and honesty. They check over and let you know of a situation you need to b aware of. My motor mounts that I knew need replaced when he did a tune up. I did get them done yesterday and when Kenny showed me the shattered motor mount I realized how crucial it was. So glad to have known about repair. Thank you again

I was on my way home to Louisiana when my truck stopped shifting gears. I was an hour and a half from anyone I knew and 5 hrs from home. I was told that Kenny's Car Care was a good place to go. When I got there they quickly started trying to figure out what was wrong so I could get back home. Long story short they got my truck fixed and I was on my way. I was pretty much at the mercy of strangers. They were so kind and caring wanting to help me get back home. Its great to know there are still honest people out there that care about helping people that are in trouble. I really appreciate all of you there at Kenny's.

Had Kenny's replace coil packs and plugs in my Charger. While there they pointed out a brake issue I wasn't aware of. Got that repaired as well. Car runs and stops great now. I'd say they are trustworthy and priced fairly.

We got stranded at Walmart after grocery shopping for turkey day stuff. After calling My husband he then called Kenny about the issue with the Truck. Kenny actually drove all the way out with his scanner to see what was going on with the truck. The scanner said the issue was the fuel pump control module. It wasn’t communicating with the computer. Kenny offered to take my adult daughter and our groceries home while I waited for the tow truck that never showed up. My husband took my daughter to work, borrowed her pickup and got the correct part for the truck thanks to Kenny. I highly recommend him and his shop.He goes above and beyond to help my husband who is a kidney dialysis patient to keep our vehicles on the street.
