Based on the reviews, M&D Supply Ace Hardware Mont Belvieu is a locally owned store that offers a shopping experience way above your every day hardware store. Customers are amazed by the variety of products available, including a whole aisle of cleaning products and a little gift shop area that reminds people of bucees. The store has everything you need with great prices compared to other local stores. The customer service is phenomenal and unbelievably great, both on the phone and in person. From the time you walk in and hear "Welcome to Ace," you know you're in the right place. However, some have noted the store smells bad, possibly due to mildew in the AC. Despite that, many customers love this store and say they could pay less at a big box store but would not get the same customer service.

Great customer service! I had to go in to make a return and my 2.5 year old started getting fussy.. Mrs Joy played with her and was so sweet to my girl 🥰

The people here and great and give you that small town feel with excellent customer service. They truly go that extra mile. I’m a customer for life after all the help I got today. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
