Everyone there made me feel so welcome and were very helpful. I had questions and I forgot certain things and they were just so kind. They helped me through an easy quick process of joining. I highly recommend Mobiloil Credit Union. Wish I could give 10 stars

This bank has NO customer service. I waited for an hour on hold to speak to someone! Absolutely horrible!!!! Get it together!!!!

I like the bank on some levels but others no, and the others are starting to out weigh the good.The new app is crashing as bad as the other one.Drive thru does not handel all transactions, you will wait in line for 30 min then get to window, only to be told to come inside. Nothing inside happened different than what would have happened outside.And the biggest gripe is that it is almost impossible to get in touch with a real person.

This "financial institution" is by far the WORST institution I've ever had the displeasure of having a relationship with! I had paid off over 95% of an auto loan when my situation was affected greatly by the recent pandemic. They contacted me and let me know my deferment date was up and would not extend it when I requested. Ok, that's fine I thought. What do I need to pay? They told me what and when I needed to pay and so I did. Little that I know, they start docking my credit when it was pristine and had been spotless. I asked about this and they were very dismissive and vague about the situation. I asked why they did not just tell me the amount that needed to be paid and what day to avoid taking a credit hit? They again did not even give an answer, just that I should keep making payments. I asked to speak to the supervisor several times, even on following calls and was denied each time! Two of the three representatives I had to deal with there were not only dismissive, they were rude, and simply lacked basic customer service and communication skills. I finished the final payments off as they instructed in three months yet they still hit my credit each time although I paid what they said to pay! Now, they were supposed to have sent my title for my vehicle a month or so ago and I have still yet to receive it. One of their representatives told me last week it have it "any day now." I call again today and I'm told they sent it, but it was standard mail. I wanted to know if there was a tracking number and was told they did not use one. So how am I supposed to know or get my title? The representative told me I should go down to the DMV and pay for a duplicate. WHAT?! So now I have to pay for a title that your company was supposed to have sent and I never received, yet I didn't even get a tracking number? To that representative's credit, at least she apologized for the situation. In the end, whoever does read this, unless you're a fan of drama, discord, and/or deceit, I HIGHLY advise doing ANY business with this credit union. They are COMPLETELY FULL OF IT and do NOT care about you as a client. I would give zero stars and rate them as "Atrocious" if possible. I also would call them scumbags, but, they aren't even worthy of that group level.

I came here to do a cash withdrawal and the bank lady was very nice and when I received the cash in an envelope there was an awesome motivational scripture on the back!!! They understand we are going thru hard times and it made my whole day

This is by far the worst credit union I have ever experienced. Just about everything is automated and you have to talk to someone on a computer screen to do anything like open account, receive loans etc and there are humans right there but will not serve you. They will direct you to a screen panel where you have to talk to someone in a completely different location. Find yourself a real credit union that cares about you and will work for you and treat you like a real customer. This one will not and you will always be frustrated of how they operate.
