I would give a negative rating if possible. I was lied to the whole time I was there. Trying to get a new phone and was in the process of doing paperwork. The clerk had the new phone in his hands, but then told me that someone online was placing an order for the phone, then he told me the phone could not be sold because it needed repair. The phone was still in the box that had not been opened!! How could it possibly need repairing and how could he know that it did!?!?!?! He ended up ordering the phone and having it delivered to me and told me to come back when I received it and he would transfer the data without charge. He noted this on the paperwork. When I went back after receiving the phone, he was not there and they would not honor the promise he made. I talked to the manager who told me the clerk was new and still in training. So I guess the customer pays for Verizon's miserable training processes! I will transfer the data myself. (By the way, transferring data used to be done as a courtesy with no charge. So much for customer service.)

walked in to pay my phone bill in person and ask questions about a new line. Young lady approached me and asked what I needed help with I said I’m here to pay my phone bill she proceeded to “oh you can use this kiosk machine” keep in mind I had already mentioned that I had questions about a line. so I walk behind her and she tried to tell me that I had to pay my phone bill thru the machine twice I said “no I rather pay you cash in person I never use the machine” so after the second time her telling me basically I said you know what I’ll just go somewhere else she then said “okay then go” VERY VERY unprofessional! HORRIBLE customer service at this location!

Not helpful at all. We came at 10:05 hoping to get help on my husbands phone. Since we pay EXTRA for the insurance on the phone we should be able to actually use it. Anyway, we pulled in and started to walk in at 10:05 am and the doors were locked. We wondered if they were just closed so we searched what time they open. Google said Verizon confirmed they open at 10:00am. Next we see the lady walking up to the door. She didn’t say anything to us and just walked right by us. She walked in the door and locked the door right behind her. We asked through the door why the door was locked, to which she screamed through the doors and held up her fingers telling us to wait. Very unprofessional. We would’ve waited for her but the way she ignored us. This is the exact reason I switched from Verizon anyway. My husband wasn’t as lucky because he’s under a contract still. You would think for how much he pays for just his ONE phone and ONE PLAN, that we would get better customer service. Very disappointed in this lady’s actions as well as Verizon in general. My husband has voiced how he can’t wait till contract is over so he can be on my plan with a different company.

Awesome customer service!! Valerie went about & beyond to help my Papi inlaw to get his phone activated & all his data moved over to his phone! KUDOS to Valerie for amazing customer service.

Second time in to this location. Staff is inattentive and incompetent. Excessive wait time despite uncrowded and misinformation. Worth the drive to avoid.

Jamesha and Valerie got me set up quick and easy, they really know their stuff.
This location was clean and comfortable.
I recall other carriers locations were grubby.
