Great service, I was in on 11/28/25 to get a new motorcycle battery. I left my wallet at home, so my wife sent my card info via text, and I was allowed to key it in manually for payment saving me a trip and time.

The staff there is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable,especially Stephen. I needed a new battery and wasn't sure exactly what I needed for my key fob and he was able to open it up. Get the battery. I need it. Put it in quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend this store for any battery needs

On Saturday 5/3/25 my husband asked to have watch Batterys replaced.OMG unreal 2 people working on watches one watch back was never replaced 2nd watch the stem will not pull out had to put the back on the 3rd watch himself all for the grand price or $38.00.On top of that people were standing in line waiting for service. Moral of the story if you don't know how to perform the service just say so.

Cool store! If you need a battery for your car, golf cart, motorcycle or cellphone, this is the place. Plus lots of other batteries that might be hard to find. Tons of free parking and very helpful staff. Keep up the great work Batteries Plus!

Batteries Plus in Montgomery is amazing! Staff is very kind and always replaces my batteries. We brought in a watch in to be replaced, but sadly the technician cracked the glass on the watch. They sent it to their jeweler and got the watch shipped back to us at no cost! Sadly, It did take over a month and a couple of phone calls to finally get the watch.
They honor their warranties on their products too. 9/10 customer service!

Worst customer service I have ever recieved from a buisiness in Montgomery! Employee cussed me out on the phone, was late getting work done! Refused to put me in contact with store owner or store manager! When i told him i would make sure they new how he acted and spoke said he didnt care!

My phone wouldn't connect to a charger. The nice gentleman cleaned out the port and in 10 minutes I was able to charge my phone again. Saved me at least $100 on a new phone battery or much more to replace the phone.

Dropped my phone and took it in for repair. It was finished in 45 minutes and I literally have a brand new phone! Awesome service!!!

Phone works great now! I had cracked it at the bottom and half of it was black and screen was glitched! Fixed it in 3 hrs and for a really decent price! Works 100% now!

My boat suddenly lost a cell and I couldn't get it started. Thankfully got it to go in gimp mode. Returned home and found two marine dual-purpose in stock at Batteries Plus. Ordered them online, went and pulled the old batteries out and by the time I was done, the batteries were ready for pick-up! Got them, discount on the core made the price very reasonable. The young man at the counter even carried my new ones out to the car. Great experience all round, cost, service, web and customer attention. Great job.
