Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their software won’t let me vacate my unit and they keep charging me monthly. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they started charging me additional fees. Can’t get anyone in the phone!!

My lock was cut twice and several things were stolen. I cant even get a response from the storage facility. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The security is awful. Do not put your stuff at this facility unless you want it stolen. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I was required to make a rating. I gave it a 1 but they dont even deserve that.

I was unclear whether I wanted a storage unit. After speaking with Ana at 10 Federal, my decision was crystal clear of what I needed. She was so professional with a wealth of knowledge about the company. After a quick process I was set to go! I just visited the facility and found it to be clean and well kept. I am happy with the decision I made and would definitely recommend this company!
