ATM was being serviced and I’m glad, went through the Drive up for my withdrawal and Evan was such a ray of sunshine from start to finish. Even wrote a thank you note on my envelope! I’ll skip the ATM next time just to try for Evan again!

COUNT YOUR MONEY! The worst banking experience anywhere, ever. We’ve been Chase customers for decades. This is the first time we’ve made a withdrawal and been given less in cash than the receipt / transaction says! They were $100 off. Fortunately we counted and went right back in. They had to count their entire drawer to make sure they were $100 over in their cash, which they were. That took an extra 30+ minutes. Awful experience.

UPDATE:I went into this branch twice, to change my last name on my accounts. When I received my card in the mail it still had my maiden name on it. I went back in there with all my documents AGAIN and they assured me it was changed this time… got my new card and it wasn’t changed! Then I talked to the manager over the phone, she informed me that mortgage name change was a different department other than the branch and that she would call them and call me back. Guess what? That was 7 days ago! Haven’t heard back. I took it upon myself to figure it out and I was able to get the correct paperwork to do what I needed. With no help at all from this branch. I went into this branch to fax the paperwork over for free, waited to hear from chase that it had been changed. I called customer service today, THEY NEVER RECEIVED the paperwork!!!!! I have this branch not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 chances! An official complaint will be filed. I hate chase bank I’m so disappointed they are now the holder of our mortgage.

This is my experience regarding this pitiful branch.Banking Relationship manager..I am still locked out of my account login. I tried to reach you by phone for 3 straight days. No luck. The first time they locked me out I was told it was because I made a wire into my son's Chase account they found suspicious. I was told it was straightened out and to make the wire transfer again which I did. It would not honor the transfer and locked me out again. When I called the second time (with lengthy hold times) I spoke to a person that said she wasn't able to unlock it a second time. I asked for a supervisor and held on the phone for more than 40 minutes. No one ever came to the line. I tried calling you several times including leaving messages with staff but could not reach you. Further attempts to reach anyone at the branch ended with a recording that ended the call. I called your branch and the Montgomery TX branch at least ten times each. Every call was disconnected until I selected the option to open a new account, I got the branch manager at the Montgomery location, but she would not explain the reason they refused to honor my checks claiming privacy concerns regarding my son's checking. That makes no sense, why she would not just simply cash the checks.I tried to reach you by phone for 3 straight days. No luck.My son actually drove for more than 2 hours to pick up physical checks and went to the bank in Montgomery TX, but they refused to honor my checks even though there were plenty of funds in the account. I tried calling that branch at least 10 times, but the same recording just hangs up the phone. How dare the branch manager at that branch refuse to honor my checks? THIS IS THE POINT THAT THE RELATIONSHIP BECAME BEYOND REPAIR. I'm convinced that the Texas Attorney General will be interested in the fact that Chase Bank refused to cash or honor a legitimate check. I could be wrong, but I feel that Chase Bank violated the terms of my checking agreement when they refused to honor that check. It's unforgivable and humiliating. The bottom line is that no successful banking relationship is possible when the bank refuses to communicate and hides behind recorded messages that disconnect the caller. When I call your direct line, it gives me the option to hit zero to get to another team member, but that also cuts off the call.

I have had the same bank account for 35 years and never had issues with Chase Bank until I went to the Montgomery Location. I needed to get a student account while my son was i torn on break and they said they did not have an appt for 2 day…. even though 2 people were in their offices with no customers. it would have taken 10 minutes. The lady told me I had to check other Branches for availability…… Conroe had plenty appointments the next a.m. They have always been pleasant to work with.

Since the pandemic they do not have "bankers" at the location everyday. You have to make an appt.Convenient for them but not customers. Small remote location but it doesn't get bought out every couple of years.

Worse banking experience ever!!They printed my checks and made a mistake then refused to cash my checks. They do not answer the phone. Drive through is very slow. You need 2 forms of identification to just get change!! Closing my account asap!!

Is there any reason the drive through isn’t open at 8:00 AM like it says on the door? This is the Tuesday after Memorial Day 2022 not Memorial day itself!!!

Why have a local phone number to call if when you call its an automated system and you can't talk to a person to ask the specific question that's not covered by the automated system! Absolutely useless!

Have had nothing but problems with their drive up ATM. I went into the branch to let them know of the issue with the ATM not being able to confirm deposits. The teller informed me that they knew of the issue, and told me that I would have to call this number to open a claim. Why would Chase continue to allow customers to continue to use a malfunctioning ATM if they were aware of the issue? Doesn’t seem like a good business practice. Just shut down the ATM until they get the issue with it fixed rather that just make more work for their customers. Do yourselves a favor and use a local credit Union!!!
