Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Do other people have the hardest time with CVS on Eva and 105. If I call the pharmacist puts us on hold and then hangs up on us every time. If they say they will call the Dr. Or another pharmacy for you They never do. It's like zero accountability and they don't want to work so they find every way to not do their job. The women pharmacists are the worst! They are miserable and do not want to work. If my kid's insurance would allow me to go anywhere else I would! Calling corporate but wondering if anyone else has this issue.

I moved my medicine script to this CVS from Kroger. They do a good job. And always nice.

Consistently the worst CVS I have ever had done business with. I ordered magnet photos to be printed and it looked as if they blindly assembled them. The photos were actually pasted crooked exposing the magnets behind. They can't figure out how to deduct a coupon from your cvs card and when it doesn't work they offer no alternative, just say it won't work. But if you go to the lake store, they work just fine. The pharmacy continues to run my prescriptions under the incorrect insurance and that posses an issue because when I try to explain it happens all the time they cut you off and make you think it's your fault. Such unfriendly unfriendly attitudes from the manager down the line, this place needs a serious overhaul. I actually cringe when I have to go there because I know what's going to happen. Suggestion, board it up to save the brand because these people are not representing the company well.

Worst pharmacy ever. There is one female pharmacist in particular that is clearly miserable and is so very rude in person and on the phone. I try my hardest to avoid this location at all costs but sometimes it's impossible. Try to new one down the street. They are at least friendly

If I could do 0 stars I would have. Waited in line for a scheduled covid test just to get to the window to be told by the woman "you know procedure" as she walked off. I had to stop her because i did not, in fact, know the procedure. She gave me very brief instructions in very broken english and told me to just move out of line until i was done. There is no instructions for the test in the bag. I got out of line and swabbed my nose not quite sure what I'm to do next. Well the drop box for the tests is right next to the drive through window and they want you to walk up while others are at the window and drop your test. or get back in line for another hour just to drop off your test kit. Anyways, after going inside to ask where to drop my test and getting told I had to drop it outside in the drive through, i parked my car and walked up to the drive through pharmacy window (as i was insteucted) and dropped my test off in the drop box. ALL OF THIS just to wait 3 days to be told they wouldn't do the lab because no test was present? A waste of time, effort and resources. That test kit was wasted because of lack of communication.

Pharmacy is the absolute worst. No staff and long hours (even when they already have the order) to fill a simple Rx, nor do they answer the phone for anything. Go anywhere else for your pharmacy needs.

This CVS is nice and new and some of the staff are very nice. The pharmacy staff with the exception of the male pharmacist is another story. They are constantly short staffed, they don't answer the phone and it takes hours to fill a prescription. Today I was quoted two hours for my prescriptions and six hours later my prescriptions were not ready. I'm sick & I just need my medicine that was called in from the urgent care across the street. When they do help you, you are made to feel like you are inconveniencing them not that you are an actual customer who is paying for a service. This has been an ongoing issue with this store since they opened. So frustrating!

I have to say every time I go to this cvs there is a huge wait and sometimes only one pharmacist!!!!! You can hear they have multiple phone calls that are on hold and due to short handed can't even answer the lines. They seem annoyed they have to wait on customers, they are so overwhelmed!!! It's just terrible!

I would like to say thank you to the CVS staff for their honesty. I normally go to the self check out register and the register ask if I wanted cash back and I request $40 back. I forgot to retrieve the money and walked out. An hour later I realized I forgot my cash. I called the store and spoke to a young man who said that they were waiting for me to call in. Thank you for your honesty CVS staff. This world needs more people like you and CVS needs to recognize your honesty.

This is one of the worst CVS stores I have experienced. 5 people in pharmacy and one at drive thru window. Bins stacked up and they looked to be just talking to each other and not even looking up. There were 4 of us in line no one at register. Finally one young man stepped up got my name and said it was not ready and just looked at me. I told him I saw dr at 9:00 its now 2:00 and I drove a distance. He said it would be ready in 15 min. So I shopped more hoped for my name to be called and it was not. I saw 3 employees up front area by photos just talking and laughing. After 20 min went back to stand in a long line. No ones prescriptions were ready. Again got to register and nice gal looked to be the pharmacist said it was not ready! I told heard I had been waiting so she put me on top of the list. Called my name in 15 min, but one person at the register and I had to wait in line. There were several older seniors that had to wait including myself. I told one lady to sit down. I finally got my BP pills but I waited almost an hour. No one seemed to care at this store. Upon arriving home I complained to my husband and he stated he is going back to Walgreens where he gets better service. This store is right in the middle of new developments and retail stores, restaurants opening, they better get their act together. I have never in my life experienced this type of service. I am not one to complain either but this elevated my BP! This all happened on 11/9/20 around 2:00 p.m. No excuses for this.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I called to have my prescription transferred to this location from Walgreens in Conroe on Wednesday, July 31st. After speaking with a pharmacist for over 15 minutes, providing insurance and medication information, as well as the contact information for the other pharmacy, I was told the prescription would be ready within 48 hours. The following Wednesday, August 7th, when I still had not heard back, I called again to verify it’s pick up date, only to be told that my information was not in the system at all. Through clinched teeth I provided all of the same information once again and was assured that my medication would be ready, once delivered, by Friday or the latest on Saturday. So here it is Monday, August 12th and after calling yet a third time, I was told that they don’t receive deliveries over the weekend and my prescription is not ready. I went ahead and had my medication sent back to Walgreens where I should have left it in the first place. Avoid this CVS.
