So my prescription was sent to the pharmacy six days prior to me contacting them to check and see if it had been filled. They told me my prescription was on back order and they are having a hard time getting it. I asked her how often they order my prescription I was requesting and she said daily, but there were 100 people in front of me. I explain to her that is why I intentionally waited six days because my prescription would most likely have a little bit of a back order but six days is plenty of time. I hung the phone up after getting nowhere with this pharmacist and sitting online for 30 minutes and called the CVS on 105. The pharmacist answered the phone had a prescription in stock transferred it over to him and failed it. I definitely would not suggest using this pharmacy.

First off bad customer service. I called to ask about a prescription and I was on hold for about 13 minutes and then finally they answered me again and just didn’t even talk they hung up on me?! And I called back only to be told I’m going on hold AGAIN I literally just called and you just hung up on me once you don’t have a moment? I always am told to wait the longest time for anything with them. I just want my medicine.

Absolutely horrendous service. My company forces us to use CVS with our prescription benefits. I think because they have these contracts, CVS corporatedoesn't care about customer service. This store is one of the worst I've ever been to. I called the pharmacy and was put on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up. The pharmacy staff is a joke. I've sat it the pharmacy drive thru on many occasions where it takes over a half hour. Hire some help and fire the slugs.

Horrible customer service with Dee and Greg at the pharmacy. Dee was stating how "dumb" the customer on the phone was for asking for a HIV swab test and for their medication; Loud enough everyone waiting in line to be serviced can hear her talk about other people's personal information. Greg is the supervisor and joined in on the belittling.. They will cancel your appointment for the vaccine you made online if you dont have insurance (according to Dee ). Do not trust these individuals with your private personal information.

This is the third time that a script has been called in and 7 hrs later it is not filled was told it may get done tonight. I will try the Willis store for next one, hopefully that store can get their stuff together and ready sooner than 24 hrs.

Would not recommend this CVS for your prescription needs, the drive through is slow , Dee is VERY rude.

Early today my daughter’s doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy. I was contacted, by phone, that my daughter’s pharmacy insurance needed to be confirmed. I called the pharmacy and tried to give them the information needed. The lady was rude and told me I could just bring my insurance card in when I come to pick it up and abruptly hung up. When I was able to get to the pharmacy, 20-25 min before they closed, the woman I spoke with earlier on the phone took my insurance card. She returned it minutes later saying that she could not verify my daughter bc of the wrong birth date. (I do believe I know my daughter’s birth date, but repeated it just in case she heard wrong). She then instructed me to call to get her verified, there was nothing she could do.So my daughter did without her medication tonight bc this pharmacy deemed it more important that they go home, lack of ability to take information over the phone or in person, and simply doesn’t care for their customers.Maybe I should bill CVS for my services rendered once I have my daughter verified. Hopefully I’ll be able to pick it up tomorrow despite their incompetence.

Went to Drive thru at 1:50pm today, June 17, 2021. Waited until 1:59. Truck in front of me got tired of waiting for someone to come to window. He drove off. I pulled up. No one came to window. I pushed the service button still no one came to window. Drive off at 2:03pm. So frustrating

Pharmacy is the absolute worst. No staff and long hours (even when they already have the order) to fill a simple Rx, nor do they answer the phone for anything. Go anywhere else for your pharmacy needs.

This CVS is nice and new and some of the staff are very nice. The pharmacy staff with the exception of the male pharmacist is another story. They are constantly short staffed, they don't answer the phone and it takes hours to fill a prescription. Today I was quoted two hours for my prescriptions and six hours later my prescriptions were not ready. I'm sick & I just need my medicine that was called in from the urgent care across the street. When they do help you, you are made to feel like you are inconveniencing them not that you are an actual customer who is paying for a service. This has been an ongoing issue with this store since they opened. So frustrating!

This store has the worst customer service! They are rude and interrupt you repeatedly when you’re trying to ask a question. I have also gotten there 3 different times to pick up a prescription when they are supposed to be open and had to wait 10 minutes or longer for someone to finely show up. I will never use this place again.

This place is staffed by people who do not have any interpersonal skills or the ability to understand that you shouldn't refuse to give patients their prescriptions. Seriously, listen to all of the reviews and go anywhere else. You'll definitely regret trying to do anything here. I have no idea how they're open.
