Not good experience with them, the first time when my doctor prescribed me medication, they contacted my doctor to change prescription without asking me. I asked them why they called the doctor, they said insurance wouldn’t approve the medication, but I got this from other pharmacy before, so I asked the insurance, insurance confirmed it was approved. I asked them the second day, the other employee told me that they didn’t have it in stock. So they simply lied to me and asked my doctor to change prescription with my permission.
The second time, they received my vaccine medication, and I wanted to transferred to Kroger pharmacy, they said Kroger need to contact them to transfer. When Kroger pharmacy called them, they said they deleted the prescription in their system. Unbelievable, they are not professional or trustworthy, or they just simply don’t care.

Horrible service and employees. They get way too involved with what the doctor prescribes without knowledge of your medical situation. And they never have meds. They always have to be ordered. We changed back to wallgreens. No wonder CVS is HQ in the most liberal state in the country - Rhode Island

I always have to wait a few days before my RX is ready to pick up. Line is extremely long at the pharmacy, always. A lot of their coupon items are out of stock, especially the BOGO or the 2 for 1 specials--never enough if these items on the shelves, and I get annoyed having to ask a salesperson all the time.

I cannot stand CVS, but unfortunately it’s the closest pharmacy to where I live. The pharmacist Javon is absolutely fantastic and the only reason I’m leaving any stars. The pharmacy technicians are terrible. There’s this one huge guy that always works the window and I’m 99.999% sure he is racist. He is always incredibly rude to me and I’ve witnessed him being extremely rude to my father. Yet he is always friendly and outgoing to people who look like him. Hire better techs at this location.

I was able to enter the store, shop for items for approximately 20 minutes, and then check out and pay for my items and leave the store without ever seeing a CVS employee.

This CVS prices their stock 20% ABOVE their online prices and will not price match. The staff was apologetic but it’s out of their hands. Sounds like the work of corporate or a greedy store manager. Not sure on the pharmacy pricing but the over the counter stuff is gouged. Shop here if you want to support shady business practices.

Imagine having an infection and getting a notification that your rx is delayed due to then needing more to be shipped to them. Just before you transfer it to a different pharmacy, as you need your medication, get a notification that they are now working on your rx. Then you call them for two days asking for an update to get a voicemail stating they will call you back within the hour, they never did. Then, you have to go the next day for them to tell you that they won't have it delivered for another day. So, with the infection getting worse and more painful, they tell you that you must have another pharmacy request it be transferred. They lied on the app, took away my choice to get my meds at another place, never called me back and potentially could have put me at serious risk. Way to look after others. Should be more upfront so that way I could make the best decision about my health.

Poor service, not knowledgeable, erratic personalities, undependable.I gave them a chance because I like supporting small businesses, but these guys are terrible!!Keep your money, reduce the stress by not hiring them, good salesman but no knowledge or ethics behind this company. They almost ruined my new pool equipment but their neglect and outright wrong actions for my service.Keep them far from your pool!!

Has not had the medicine the doctor prescribed. Sent email saying that we were out and should have it several days. They don’t have the management to oversee the place.

The staff at the pharmacy is abysmal. I mean truly awful. The only competent one is the pharmacist with the glasses and he’s actually pretty nice. Both the assistants are awful and they do not care or help. I’m extremely kind anytime I go because I imagine their jobs really suck, but it’s like they go out of their way to be rude/short/impersonal/unhelpful.
