Come on people, alot of prescriptions are filled at this location. Cut them some slack. I have "never" had a bad experience at this location. All these bad reviews are all about themselves. It's all about you isn't it.

WORST PHARMACY EVER.Doesn’t know how to type in insurance info correctly and as a result Will make you sit there for 2 hours close the gates in your face for lunch after only filling 1/2 of your prescription. Yesss or Jess? Idk either way unhelpful. The Whole staff is unfriendly & Unhelpful just flat out incompetent. Manager on duty apparently has “no control”over the pharmacy. Looks like no one knows how do do their job here.If I could give 0 starts I would.

I can understand that CVS is trying to save money by putting in self-checkout machines, and I even understand that they are telling employees to tell customers they must use the self-checkout machines. But what pushes me over the top about it is the fact that the people coming into the pharmacy are very often sick and picking up medicine, and if they are going to be forced to go to the trouble of doing the self-check, we shouldn’t find out at the end of the entire process that the self check machines will not accept the paper coupons that CVS kills multiple forests to print and that we have to go stand in line and allow the clerk to check us out in order to use our coupons. Not cool CVS. Get it together if you want your customers to continue to return to your store.

We LOVE our CVS. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist know us by name and are ALWAYS nice and respectful, even when they are busy and understaffed. It's tough out there right now, people. Maybe try a little patience. ?

I wanted to use this pharmacy to drive through with covid. Prescription called in at 8:30AM. At noon the drive through person said they "have not received ". On 2nd attempt to get antiviral I was told that they did receive in AM. Drove back up then problem with prescription order? Called and had provider transfer to Walmart. Never again... my first time to write a negative review on anyone...

My wife made three trips to this CVS to fill a Plaxavid script for covid. First time, assistant said they didn't have it. They did, but assistant was too lazy to look. Then they claimed there was a problem with the prescription, but they didn't offer to get it straightened out. So, after three tries, we sent it to Walmart. Only problem reported by Walmart that was CVS was showing that they had filled the prescription (they had not). The Walmart pharmacist called the doctor and got it all straightened out, nice as can be, friendly, and very helpful. Unlike our experience at CVS.

Eli was the absolute best! He worked creatively and thoughtfully to solve problems and address every issue. Far too often we forget how much kindness truly means till you’re deprived of it. He is an amazing asset to his team!

Worst place to use for medication and refills. Do yourself a favor and never use these people. It might be local but it's not helpful service.

I appreciate that despite this location being understaffed they still keep everything clean, and tidy.Sure prescriptions may take a little longer sometimes to get filled, and there may not be someone to assist us I have a product question. But what can you expect when there's just 3 or 4 people working at a time?For what it is, I'm impressed!

By far the most incompetent staff. Never on time. Even called at noon to tell them to have the prescription ready by 5pm. And guess what? Showed up at 5:30pm and was told they dont have any info. Then they claimed they were looking at the wrong screen. Wrong screen? Youre only looking at 1 screen and its in front you. Then was told 20 more minutes. We have always called hours earlier to make sure its ready and it never is ready. Now…just tonight…wife walks over to get a prescription that was sent over and they said they have no info. Come in cvs! This location needs to have someone from corporate to send over a trainer. Just sucks since this location is very convenient for us. But obviously its become an inconvenience. ALWAYS a problem.

How in the everliving heck did it take after not one phone call, but another call back being put on hold for FIVE MINUTES!? To determine if they had an immediate LIFE SAVING medication OTC and if they were even enrolled in the federal program to receive the medication for free OTC to customers, which I would've paid for anyways? This is not a pharmacy, these are pharmacists who went to unprofessional trade schools, and it is a front of unprofessional semi-quasi med students looking for experience on a resume.Not to mention, I can count at least 5 reviews that were either bought or co-erced into high ratings. Under no circumstances go to the pharmacy.PLEASE, Go to Walgreens off 2854 and 105 Pharmacy. They will help actually provide service.

Awful customer service in the pharmacy. Today 10/20 1:00 pm the pharmacy tech shoved my prescription through the drive thru at me. Incredibly rude behavior.
