I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to after my latest experience with this place. I've used them many times for both vaccinations and mostly boarding while I travel. Picked up my dog today and he had two big scabs In his head. No one knew why and no one noticed. In fact I got several different stories....1. He had it when he came in, 2. He rubbed his head on the kennel, 3. It must be an allergic reaction, 4. He was scratch it and that's what caused it. What was most upsetting is that at no point did the Vet come talk to me to apologize for not noticing or taking care of if during his stay. No phone call, noThey sent the receptionist and then the tech. I paid a lot of money to have him stay there. I will never go back. Stay clear of this place.......no customer experience what so ever.

Our experience was a 10 out of 10! I have been to many different veterinarian clinics and this by far has been the best place I have brought my dog. Normally, my dog is very anxious so to see her comply and stay calm with the vet tech and vet says a lot to me. When I called this morning, the woman who scheduled my appointment was very kind. The vet and vet tech were very calm, had a friendly demeanor around my dog and didn't rush me into any decisions. They went over the budget before running any tests on my dog. They really care about what is best for me and my pet. Price wise (my dog had an upset stomach with diarrhea, needed a few tests done) very reasonable and actually was surprised with how affordable the bill was! Highly recommend this clinic. Very pleased with our visit. If you are looking for people that treat your pet with love and care and know what they are talking about, schedule your appointment with them!

Nice people, but....We scheduled an appointment for a new puppy check with Dr. Kotinek so expected an in-person exam. Upon arrival, after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes and nobody else in the office, they wanted to only have the technician give some shots, never see the vet (everything was COVID isolated). We waited for another 15 minutes with no chairs in the waiting room to finally be told the vet could see the puppy outside (in the pollen & noise). None of this was said up front, and they acted like this was a normal vet visit. The building was under repair for freeze damage, but that is not an excuse for not having a few chairs and an exam room set up! Very lame customer service. We stopped by another vet office on the way home who saw us as a walk-in and got exceptional service in-person with a very smart vet!

My pittie was suuuper sick when we got her from the shelter. We brought her to Spring Hill Animal Hospital & they were incredibly kind. We had no pet insurance so the medicine prescribed to her was kind of pricey. But they offered us half of the medication until we got paid the next week. So they will work with you. They truly just want to help. One guy even picked her up like a baby & loved on her. I live like an hour away but I decided to make this her permanent vet due to how great they took care of our little girl.

We were visiting relatives nearby when our dog (our baby) suddenly became sick. They were the closest vet and had great reviews, so it was a no brainer. Luckily, they were able to fit me in and Dr. Henry quickly assessed Sadie. Unfortunately, it was pretty severe and we ended up being referred to an animal hospital. We were an absolute mess and all of the staff was so great to work with and compassionate to what we were going through. If we lived in the area, they would definitely be our family vet!
