We would give them 10 stars if we could, stayed at this airbnb for our daughters wedding. This place is just beautiful and has so much room. The Soma Ranch is the place to stay if you are in this area. Thank you to Joe and Helen (owners) who made sure that our family and friends were are taken care of.

Soma Ranch is a beautiful setting that is supremely conducive to relaxing and unwinding. Joe’s cooking is delicious and nurturing. Both Joe and Helen are incredibly welcoming and dedicated to ensuring their guests feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!

I spent the most amazing weekend at Soma Ranch. What a magic place. I was able to completely unwind. It was so peaceful and huge with great pool and outdoor patio. They also had animals like horses, donkeys and goats. Big studio for yoga or dancing. Great place for retreats or just spend time with friends.

We had so much fun last weekend! Soma Ranch is the perfect place for a weekend getaway for a group of women friends seeking serenity, connection & growth. The ranch is spacious, well appointed, and has so much to offer from donkeys to horses to sauna, spa, cold plunge, pool, dance studio and other retreat amenities.

Beautiful slice of Texas hospitality with Helen and Joe and the donkeys and horses! I've been a repeat customer since 2018 for retreats and Nia trainings and keep returning due to the sense of a truly cocooning retreat experience. Abundantly healthful and delicious food for the body by Joe while experiencing transformative Nia training and other retreats with Helen. Then there's the comfy beds, pool, hot tub, sauna...great experience!

Everything was special about Soma Ranch. Helen & Joe provide everything you need to relax and retreat and learn and dance and dine and smile and just "be". We hosted our annual women's retreat at Soma Ranch this past weekend. The moment our guests arrived they were surrounded by beauty from the fields of buttercups to the farm animals the property beckoned you to surrender to relaxation. Helen & Joe made sure that we had everything we needed and went above & beyond by providing assistance during our stay. We added on the yoga experience with Helen which was a true delight. Highly recommend Soma Ranch for a large group gathering or for a family getaway.

I hosted a yoga retreat here for 12 people and it is hard to even find the words to describe how incredible of an experience Helen and Joe made our stay. Their hospitality is unmatched! Seen a sign for there Ranch, and was curious about all they offered. So myself and kids drove over to check it out. Upon arrival we noticed 2 builds. So I decided to drive up to the building on the left. It looked like a welcome center/ gift shop. Once we exited our car, and walked up to the building. We noticed it was closed. So we were heading back to our car, and my kids noticed a few horses to the left of the build. They said mom can we pet the horse. I said yes, and we proceeded over to the fence. We were there maybe a min. All of a sudden one of the horses started acting like it was crazy…. It started ramming itself into the gate, and biting in the chain that heals the door shut. It scared my kids so bad that they screamed, and ran back to the car. As we were interning out vehicle. The owners cam out of the other building going cray. Telling us we’re trespassing, and that this is private property. That we had to leave. I tried to tell the lady. That we came to talk to them about there ranch, but she wasn’t having it. She just kept saying I was messing with her horses. I told here the kids just wanted to pet the horses real quick. She was just like leave my property, and make sure you don’t drive on my grass…. Wtf just really happened there. Avoid this place at all cause.

For a place that advertises "healthy body, mind and spirit", you would hope that their black SUV with their name across their back window would not be running you off the road/speeding up when you have your blinker on to get over to the gas station. That's not really practicing what they preach so beware.
