I only have experience with three storage places, but Fish Creek is the best of the the by far. The areas between the buildings is very large, with makes it so much easier to park the RV. The stalls are large and the have a 50 amp plug inside. They are a little pricey, but I think it's worth it.

I had a storage unit here for years. There was numerous management changes, and I had no issues until this new management company took over 3 months ago. They refused to take my payment, and I never signed a contract with them. So I had no contract and they were illegally holding my stuff. They then illegally sold my stuff on an auction site when I had no contract with them. My daughter was the first place bidder but they told the auction company not to let her have it, like they what my finances were. Again illegal as well. My storage unit had pictures of family members and keep sakes of people who passed, so there is no replacement of it. To add insult to injury, she had money from me and the person she sold the auction to. The person who bought my unit was going to let me get the photos out of there but she refused to let me give him my number. All this lady did was lie and I wanted to warn others so they don’t have to deal with the hassle and headache that we had to go through.

This place is a joke they are a thief , they took my money sold my stuff took another persons money sold to another owner I had no contract and they never gave money back , so do not go here . I am suing and hope they lose everything . Tried to pay for two months and they would not give online access would not take payment over the phone nothing . It’s a scam . Do not rent here !!!!zero stars really

I recently rented a unit. I had some trouble with my latch and brought it to Tristan’s attention. With the help of Charles and Juan, it was replaced as quickly as possible.That kind of customer service has been lacking in some of my experiences with other businesses recently. I appreciate the respect and quality of service I received.

I've interacted with Crystal whom runs the office at this facility, shes very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I recently had a negative experience with Tristen Andrews who' s located at the Lonestar Storage location. I found her to be rude, disrespectful and i did not care for her demeanor, she purposely made a trip to lock me out of my unit although i had a zero balance that she confirmed before she arrived. I would advise to not have dealings with her. On a good note the owner was very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

This is a update to my previous negative review. Fish creek was quick to rectify the situation, they responded to my review within a hour and I had a phone call the very next business day. Well run and clean. Somebody put mothballs in the front storage building, so everything reeks terribly, but I don’t know if it was a tenant or management that did it. I would not store anything made of cloth in this particular unit. I also have an RV stored here. Well-built and maintained facility.
