I haven't had Jack n box is a long time, so we just stopped in. I wish I hadn't the bun eas not toasted, meat patty was dry fries were stale and the tea wS soured. Never again.

How sad is it to have to change my 5 star review from a couple of years ago (see bottom) to this one star review. ?Updated Review:Of course there’s no way to post a review on your FB page. There’s also no number to call to complain. Every number I’ve attempted to call has been a fake. The number direct to the store that screwed up my order (and therefore my night) responds with “the mailbox is full.” I always thought Jack in the Box had great customer service from the commercials and the way y’all present yourself. Guess not. In case you give a dingle: your store at 14640 Hwy 105 W, Montgomery TX 77356 charged me for loaded tiny tacos. I paid for loaded tiny tacos. I got a box of plain tacos without any kind of salsa or picante. I can’t even reach them by phone. They also gave me no receipt. Great doing business with you.Old Review:I can’t reach you guys on the phone (it’s sending me to fax mode), but I wanted to take a moment to rave about you. I’ve never gone thru your drive thru on my way home from work without receiving excellent service from friendly, happy employees! The manager must be doing everything right because y’all are seriously the best! Tonight there was a guy I had not seen before at the window, Joshua, and his friendly, caring service was very much appreciated! What you guys say and do - the smiles and wishes for a good night and safe driving - so not go unnoticed! Thanks for being a bright spot in my day! ❤️

I have been eating as much plant based food as I possibly can since watching 'What The Health' on Netflix. I even found a Thai restaurant right across from April Sound that we've been going to for 'fast food' but healthier.But, I'm sad to say I crave hamburgers. We went to Jack in the Box two nights ago and I got a ultimate cheeseburger with all the vegetables, curly fries, and a drink. I completely satisfied my cravings immediately. What I did notice, which hasn't happened for months, is that my stomach bloated like a basketball! All night!. Was it worth the cheat? Absolutely! If I only eat one cheeseburger every two months... I've come a LONG way!

Stay away from this Jack in the Box. They messed up my order twice in a row, plus and they also messed up the order of this elderly couple that flagged me down to share there experience after noticing what I endured. Trust me… go to a different Jack in the Box. I’ll never return

I would give this place negative stars. They canceled my order refused a refund unless I would take a gift card. Then the guy hung up on me. He was verrude and not helpful. I will not be using their services anymore. Unless you want cold food and rude customer service I would not order here either. Then man talked to would not give me customer service phone number. Then kept lying about contacting customer service through the app.

I ordered from there and the employees forgot about us and never brought our food out. Waited for 40 minutes because they lost our order somehow. I still haven’t received a refund from y'all even though I got the email asking to do a survey, but no refund.
