Mrs. Kim and all the staff are great! The facility is immaculate. When you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and comforting, like a second home. I really enjoy Mrs. Jessica’s teaching philosophy and practices. The classrooms are filled with fun artwork! Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have picked a better school for my baby. She is 8 months old and I have horrible anxiety about daycares because of my experience with her previous one. If you have a baby and need a trustworthy school, I would highly recommend coming here. They take super good care of her and I get pics during the day to show how much fun she’s having. They treat her like she’s their own. I LOVE this place. Her teachers are the BEST.

Patient kind staff. Very attentive to child's needs. Very clean and updated building and classrooms. Safe entry for parents and students. Fun extra activities offered like gymnastics and Spanish.

My children have been here since they opened and we love it here! They truly care about each child and work to make sure they succeed and are happy! The new director, Kim, is absolutely wonderful! She is a perfect addition to the center with lots of expertise and experience. Nothing but the best at Kiddie Academy of Woodforest! THANK YOU!!

We love KA! Our kids have been there since the beginning. They love their teachers, staff, and the activities and friends. Everyone knows each other so you feel like a family. I have only heard horror stories of daycares so when we found KA we felt so lucky! Not only do we feel safe with them there but the information they are taught amazes us daily. We are so grateful we found KA!

We have been attending Kiddie Academy since our little one was 6 months old. Almost 2 years later, we still love the care and attention our son gets. When we started out we were 15 mins away, now we are 45 mins on a good day. We have continued to drive him over there, because the staff there was able to meet our needs, understood his needs and really focused on providing the best care possible. I cannot say enough about his teachers Dana, Laura and Yaya, as well as his infant teacher. These ladies went above and beyond, really settled my nerves, saw you as a mom, saw your child as thier own. Most days it was them that they couldn't wait to see, I could get him up and dressed in the Morning if he knew he was going to see them. Chelsea at the front desk, although newer has been so pleasant, she is cheerful, kind and really great to chat with. Jean, the owner, and Chelsea the director, are really and truly wholesome individuals, they have a passion for what they do, they have a love of the kids and welcome them as if they are thier own. Although we are departing from here just due to the distance and gas prices, we are forever grateful to the staff at Kiddie Academy, and we will miss then dearly.

We have loved Kiddie Academy! Our kids have been attending for the last 2.5 years. Our now 3 year old and 7 year old have enjoyed all the activities, learning, parent’s night out events, holiday celebrations. Teachers have been really wonderful and nurturing. During covid, this school was able to stay open through all challenges/regulations which helped our working parent family more than they will ever know.

I was really looking forward to my son learning and growing in this facility. They checked all the boxes for us, compared to the school he came from. The place he was before was completely unstructured, meaning free play all day long. No learning, no activities throughout the day. My son started Kiddie Academy a week ago, and was only scheduled to go MWF. Monday (his first day) I was called after 2 hours to come get him because he was misbehaving. Wednesday was a little better, but they claimed he “screamed” at nap time. Friday was also better but same thing, “screamed” at nap. So the following Monday, we got another call because he had tried to run out of the classroom, which he had been doing the previous days as well. Also “screamed” again at nap time and basically they just didn’t want to deal with him or help him adjust. So they called the owner, refunded us our money, and “let him go” because it wasn’t a good fit for them. They didn’t even try! He wasn’t given a chance! They were told he wasn’t used to that much structure compared to his other school. I’m not condoning my sons behavior at all, and was completely disappointed in how everything was handled. Either his previous school neglected to be honest about how he really acted on a daily basis (they had cameras so I checked in frequently each day he was there and never saw any misbehavior or screaming at nap) or Kiddie Academy completely over exaggerated his behavior. In a way, I respect the high expectations that KA has, but they need to give a kid a chance! Going every other day, for one week (3 days total) is NOT enough time for adjustment. I was really hoping for a good experience here, and if your kid is perfect and doesn’t act out in any way, then this place would be a good fit. They kept preaching to us about safety when he would try to run out of the room, but why/how is he even able to do that with 3 teachers in the room? How/why does he have access to leave the room? Anyways, great place for kids to learn a lot if they are given the chance.

My son started at KAW at 5 months. We have had a good experience here. His teachers really care for him. They update me throughout the day with pictures of activities he is doing, and at the end of the day I receive a full summary of how many diaper changes he had, how long he slept, and everything he ate. For a working mom it helps that KAW provides all of my sons snacks and meals.

My son and daughter attended this school for about 2 weeks. On the first day they were supposed to drive my son to elementary school (he is a Kindergartener) they took him and left him at the wrong elementary school. Additionally, they did not call me once they knew. The elementary school where he was taken is who called me - thanks to my sons backpack having my phone number in it. When I called to ask what happened I was told someone was on their way to get him. 30 mins later he had not arrived at the elementary school. When I called again I was informed that the original person they said was on their way didn't show up to work and now the first bus driver was on her way. My son did not arrive at his correct elementary school for over an hour from when I received the first call. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Our daughter was there from day one when they opened their doors. They helped take her from pre-K to the first grade. She also takes part in the summer program. The staff is extremely professional and attentive to parent and student needs.

I want to thank the entire team at Kiddie Academy-Woodforest for the care of our kids over the last three years. We always felt 100% comfortable and confident leaving them in your care each day knowing they were enjoying the curriculum and gaining valuable socialization skills. It was always enjoyable hearing from them what they learned and enjoyed most about their day. We give a lot of credit to KAW for them developing into well adjusted little boys that were well prepared to enter school from an educational and interactivity standpoint.

We love KA of Woodforest - we visited SEVERAL other daycares when choosing. The staff is wonderful. It is safe and secure. They have a solid curriculum for all ages. The building and the grounds are nice and maintained. Our son loves it there!

All the staff here are incredible. I love all of the teachers as we move up through the classrooms and they are so kind and I just LOVE the pictures we get throughout the day. If you are looking for a place who will love on your child when you aren't around, this is the place!

Kiddie Academy is great school! The whole staff make you feel comfortable leaving your child with them. And they have great communication throughout the day and in general. I highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Woodforest!
