Filled medicine thier since lived here switched to Walgreens for few months, now said they cant fill my medication deserve zero stars

The thing that frustrates me about this pharmacy is that they leave for break early and/or come back late which means I end up waiting a long time or having to come back later, both of which are very inconvenient for me because they’re not exactly close to me (but they are the closest pharmacy).

Ive never had an issue with the pharmacy, staff if definitely over worked but they still do everything to answer questions. I had a severe allergic reaction but prescribed couple new meds. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helped narrow down which it was. They do everything to keep cost down and filling animal prescriptions they're awesome with expediting. They have put a rush on certain meds do to kids needing asap. Kindness goes along way

The latest Pharmacist is very friendly and helpful. Plus she is easy on the eyes. The pharmacy still seems to constantly be understaffed. I know it can be stressful for employees to be constantly behind. Any business is better when having enough associates to keep up.

Incompetent. 0 review if I could. Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. New Dr. to precribe me name brand sent in prescription checked the box IF name brand is not available give generic. They had name brand and still gave me medication that was generic. Generic of the brand makes me ill. I can use most generic brands but this one. This generic brand makes me physically ill. Not sure if it's the fillers or what. I have severe seizures and am not supposed to change up my medication if there is any change in my health while taking any medication with adverse effects. I was told by pharmacist it's the same but as per my dr. no it's not. The pharmacist seemed to be on a power trip know it all with my dr. and me. Took him forever to pull up all my medication history that shows I get the name brand always. I don't mind paying the extra cost for name brand. Pharmacist would not correct HIS mistake. The name brand was available but they chose to prescribe generic. He stated something about the law. Total bs there's no law stating this. I was using this pharmacy for convenience. Once is enough for me to go back to HEB in Conroe that I've have had 0 problems with. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

We have been dealing with this pharmacy for a number of years and they are always accurate, friendly and professional. They do prescriptions quickly and we've never had a complaint!

If only there was another pharmacy in Montgery that was fully stocked. I called to get a time sensitive prescription and was told the doctor hadn't sent it. I checked with the doctor, who tells me it is there but was kicked out of the system at Kroger. He sends the prescription a second time. I check the automated system on Monday and it tells me it will be ready on Tuesday at 3:30. I arrive to pick it up and guess what.....not only is it not ready, they don't even have the medicine to fill it and can't get it so I can take it at the correct time on Thursday. According to the counter person, you can't trust their system because the medications apparently aren't checked to see if they have them so they can fill them and my prescription that was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday would not even have been checked for medication availability until Wednesday afternoon. If you deal with, keep calling and calling until you get a live person as you can't trust the system!!!! The only thing that saves this place from being a 1 star is the place are the excellent pharmacists and the wonderful counter person Lucas who always go above and beyond to help.
Lucas called me back and explained what the problems were and how to avoid it in the future. I appreciate the fact that he always goes above and beyond to help. His tip was to call, press 0, press 0 and speak with someone as the system is not accurate at all.

I picked up a prescription for my coworker today and Sheila and the pharmacy was extremely helpful and getting me a coupon code. She went above and beyond to help me get it activated and save close to $100! Thank you Sheila!

They are Wonderful! A very important medicine I take daily has been out of stock at my normal pharmacy for several Months! I even called a few others and they were out too and none had a solution. So I made sure Kroger was in my network and then called them about this medicine. Not only did they have 1 box they had a lot of the same medicine in a different form I had been looking for since last June.Needless to say they went out of their way to help me get both types of same med through my insurance!! They now have all my business without question.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I moved here one year ago in the Montgomery area have never been to a pharmacy that gives such poor customer service. You cannot even ask the staff any questions without them getting irritated that you asked them a question. It’s ridiculous. Don’t be customer service if you don’t want to help customer. Most the time when people are picking up prescriptions is because they have an illness or a family member has an illness the last thing that you want is someone to be hateful to you when you were going through unfortunate circumstances. There was one female pharmacist there, and she was always kind. I haven’t seen her in a while probably because no one took initiative on making the rest of the staff was empathetic to their customers needs. You even call to check on a prescription and they are hateful to you.

Why is everyone here so angry? Absolutely wild how horrible they are at their jobs. The short angry man is probably my favorite, only adult I’ve seen stomp their foot when asked to do their job lol. Medicap in Conroe is sooo much better and they actually run your insurance.
