I used their online site to purchase the storage. It was a seamless transaction and the app makes it easy to access info needed & pay in the future. This place is extremely clean. I had a dizzy moment and couldn't find the lock in the storage that I bought online. The girl was kind enough to run back to the location & get it for me. (Age has it's advantages LOL) . It also taught me that their customer service on-site was great. What a relief as moving is not fun.

Stopped at Extra Space Storage on 105, I needed a large storage unit, Courtney the individual there was extremely busy taking care of customers that were at the facilities and answering the telephone. She was very personal orientated, patient and very very courteous with everyone and gave them a fullest attention. I was able to rent the unit that I needed and she even took the time to show me where it was located and how to get in it and out of the facilities very easily while accessing the storage locker unit I rented. For everything that she does she definitely deserves either a pay raise or a promotion.
