I called at 5:45 to see if there were any openings for a re-fill for a full set of acrylics, and they said yes. I was greeted by Gabby—the sweet girl I spoke with on the phone—who was so kind. I had my three-year-old son with me, and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable, even bringing him water. I showed my nail tech, Whitney, the design I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it—her work was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier. While I was getting my nails done, they entertained my son, brought him suckers, and made sure he was happy the entire time. As a single mother, their kindness and attentiveness truly meant the world to me.

I like going to this Mailbu Nails and Spa location. The folks are friendly and the establishment is very clean. I always make an appointment with Tina. She is great to talk with and is very professional. She does a wonder job on my manicure and pedicure every time!

I visited Malibu for the first time today. The employees were very inviting and friendly. I got my toes done, which was wonderful… Now onto my nails, I did not like aspects about them- I walked out upset with the result which is my own fault. I didn’t speak up due to being uncertain about the response I would receive (due to being unfamiliar with the establishment). I called my boyfriend who went in for me and explained my concerns. He didn’t even make it back out to the car before they were calling, asking me to come back in so they can make it right. They were extremely understanding and helpful in making sure they gave me exactly what I wanted. For that, they deserve 5 stars in my book. I will be returning to this salon, for the sole fact that they made such an effort to show me that it’s okay to speak up if I do not like my nails. Thank you!

I visited for my 1st time and was lucky enough to sit down with Eva for a pedicure. The pedicure itself was great, quick and efficient and she was very personable. Will definitely ensure to come back specifically for her.

I have been getting my lashes done here for a few months and I noticed the great customer service and how friendly and happy the staff was. So I decided to get my nails and my pedicure done and they did a great job I will not go anywhere else. They truly give great service .

My husband and I tried Malibu Nails because it’s conveniently close to where I live. I really want to like this place, but I just don’t. While the techs are very nice, they just don’t have the skills.
I’ve been here multiple time for pedicures and my nails. While the pedicures are okay. They feel rushed and the techs are a bit rough.
After getting my nails done, it never fails that they break within 3-4 days. I’m not rough on my nails and rarely break one. I can usually go 3 weeks before getting a fill without having them chip. Each time I’ve gone here it’s within those 3-4 days.
I also don’t like that I am required to tip in cash. I rarely carry cash and it’s an inconvenience to always have to go to the atm just to tip them.
