I recently got off a call about helping me find my package or to see if the truck driver has dropped it back off at the ups store and it saddens me that a woman form this store didn't want to take the time and look me up to see if she can help me find it but just wanted to give me a pretty much no I'm not going to help you I'm too busy doing nothing kind of words that I'm getting at and so I had to speak to another store that was kindly enough to give me a fair hand on helping me out so not going to reach out to this store anymore so much for great customer satisfaction ?

The entire staff is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable around everything here. They are very patient if you have any issues and look to help resolve them if they can. The self-service kiosk has been a blessing with saving time on Amazon returns and shipping! Even when it's busy, they handle business well. Absolutely love this UPS location!

I love Montgomery's post office! In 20+ years I have lived here, I've never run into a discourteous employee, or a stressed out clerk.

Staff is polite and pleasant. Although they are not proficient in the usps app. Which could not tell my why the app slows late in transit but can't tell me where it is. Why should I pay $10 for 2 to 3 day delivery when it gets there on 8 days?

Staff was friendly and helpful and although there was a line, it moved fairly quickly. No more than a ten minutes wait.

Keith and Angela are always super sweet. As well as the other workers. They do their best and are as quick as they can possibly be.

Showed up to mail package and it is 840am and not open. Online and sign on door says open at 830am. Horrible way to do business.

Very rude employees. I will NEVER go to this location again. Employees sound very fed up with everyone. I just got off the phone with some woman and she had a very negative attitude and was very rude to me. Never again. smh

Very rude people. Even though this store is close to my home I will drive to another facility before doing business with this store. The young man who works there is very rude.
