Montgomerys favorite FedEx guy here to say this place feels so homey and different and what adds in is how helpful the owner is anytime I walk in will help you feel confident about your purchase and let you know what is good if it’s your first time having any protein. I highly recommend as I purchase protein bars or try anything new from here from time to time

I recently had a broken ankle and had issues with healing. Pat recommended calcium supplements and a multivitamin to aid with my recovery. It helped to have someone knowledgeable that was able to steer me in the right direction. This store is NOT just for body builders and athletes. They are really helpful no matter what your circumstances.
